Walking distance to the train station, maybe 12 minutes. Walking distance to the historic centre of maybe 10 minutes. Outstanding front desk, very accommodating, very professional. Room was quiet with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large, fresh, sparkling bathroom. High comfort level, good value, recommended.

I was there for work, but I would probably come again as a private trip. One feels like a special customer. The personal is very considerate towards its customers, very friendly, professional and efficient. Rooms are spacy and well decorated, modern, and so quite ! Breakfast was grandiose ! We did not have the opportunity to try the evening the...

Very good service. We were looking for something to move to from a poor experience we had in another Dijon hotel and were offered a great deal on a suite. Room was very large by french standards :-). Great location. Hotel has a two Michelin star restaurant. But most importantly, great front desk service!

We had a two night stay here and were pleased with the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, with a short (8-10 minute walk) to the heart of the city and very quiet. We were also able to walk there very easily from the train station with our luggage. The check-in service was prompt and efficient. We had a twin...

Part of this review is a conventional hotel critique: Madame and I booked in on a Sunday evening in Dijon. One of the hotel managers, Guillaume, saw us improvising a parking place across the street, came out to the curb, greeted us by name, and took us under his wing. After a very friendly welcome, he and his colleagues moved...

4 of us stayed here, in 2 rooms, for 1 night. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodated an early check in for 1 room that was ready. Room was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and quiet. Internet worked fine for us here. Within walking distance of the train station (even with luggage) and great location near the city center. Rooms...

We stayed for 5- nights in Dijon! Hostellerie du chapeau rouge was a wonderful home base! We enjoyed walking to the old town and following the path of the owl. Great restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Occupied by a horrendously over priced restaurant that also offers a pretty expensive breakfast service BUT the staff is excellent, the hotel is extremely well located in a very walkable classic French city. Many dining options nearby. I would stay there on a return trip.
