Wonderfully located. Included breakfast is best we have had in france this trip. If not included in your hotel rate, it costs 13 euros. The happy hour is fun, too. I drank a lot of wine! The room is small, but we fit it all in. If

We stayed three nights in early September. We chose the hotel due in part to it's proximity to the train station as we were traveling by train. Our room was basic, but tasteful, clean, and quiet. The staff was lovely. We made use of the upstairs terrace, the bar terrace, and the restaurant. The food and wine were very good.... More

The hotel was average but great location. Five minute walk to Beaune centre. We ate in the resteraunt and the food was good. The room was basic and not very well laid out. We had booked a double and got two singles put together.

This is a great hotel opposite the railway station. We stayed in a comfort room for 4 nights. The room was a good size, en-suite bathroom was large with a shower over the bath. The room had amazing sound-proofing so once the windows were shut and the shutters were down there was no noise from the station at all. There... More

We stayed for just one night. We decided to walk straight to the old city after a very smooth check in. If we knew what kind of town Beaune is I guess we would have ordered our dinner at the hotel restaurant. There were no free tables in any restaurants. They were all crowded with people. I regret we did... More

I only entered this hotel because there was nothing other left. No elevator. But also the doors of the bath room and WC were constructed in such a way the one couldn't open without closing the other. Something was really wrong. Also the towel rack was tuined when I wanted to use a towel. Also very bad WIfi. It was... More

After missing our euro star and arriving late to Beaune to check into our original hotel we got off the train and went to the first hotel facing the train station. The owner of hotel de France provided us with rooms for the night and as we hadn't eaten all day he provided us with food even though it was... More

When we turned up we thought it might be too close by the tran station. Not the case. We heard no noise at night time. Good standard hotel with very friendly staff. Parking was ok in the street. It is about a 5-10 minute walk into the main square. We stayed 2 nights which we needed to explore all of... More

This is a great stopover hotel if travelling through France and also a good one if you are staying in this area. The new owners are just lovely, friendly helpful and respectful. The food is still fantastic and the rooms re-furbished to a comfortable and charming standard. We have stayed here for the past 7 years and the changes are... More
