The hotel was under renovation. The staff were very helpful and nice. We booked a Jr. Suite which was nice and roomy. We quickly changed rooms because a strong odor of sewer gas was overwhelming. The standard room was very small. I mean very very small. But since we were staying there as a overnight transition stop from Dordogne to... More

A comfortable walk into Beaune, tasty food, with a good choice and friendly efficient service make this a great place for an overnight stay. Highly recommended, the beds are comfortable, the towels fluffy, the water hot and nothing too much trouble. A smelly drain was dealt with willingly and well, what more can I say!

Plenty of private free secure parking behind functioning electric gates. Good location, pleasant hotel, lift, our standard bedroom just about big enough for two persons but was well laid out and most importantly two 3 ft comfortable beds, it was in good decorative repair. The A/C made noises to give the impression of working but very little happened. Poor ineffective... More

Nice short stroll into the village for dinner. Rooms are clean and interior is modern. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. There were 5 Ferrari's in the carpark which was pretty cool.

3 adults stayed in a suite with twin beds and a made up bed settee in a second room. Plenty of space, separate toilet and both a bath and shower in the bathroom. Couldn't fault the room or the service and the nespresso machine in the room was an added bonus. It also has an outdoor terrace and pool. Staff... More

Selected the hotel as a short stop for a trip further south in France. I normally like Mercure, and am member of their loyalty program. The room was to small in comparison with the rate, For check-out I wanted to use membership point, which turned out to be an administrative disaster (even the hotel staff couldn't cope with it) which... Mercure Beane Centre is a nice hotel, very well located, just a few minutes always from L'Hotel Dieu and the center of Beaune. It as a good Restaurant that has some regional dishes, namely "oeufs meurette" (poached eggs in red wine). The wine list is also interesting.

Close to town, 5-10 mins walk. This is a modern, clean hotel very close to the motorway with a large free car park (car park and hotel secured with a gate). Limited breakfast choices but sufficient for us. Limited wardrobe space if staying anything more than a few days. A lovely shower/toilet with toiletries supplied. No fridge but complimentary water.... More
