We have made some mistakes over the years travelling through France. This hotel was such a pleasant change from all of that. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Decor is olde worlde and chintzy ....so much better than cheap/modern. Lovely ambience too. We will look no further....this is our overnight stop from now on.

Very French interiors /decoration to the rooms , but good standard, and barthrooms ok Apart from nothing to hook the shower attatchments up to ! Bery friendly welcome. Great location, 5 minute walk into town and 3 minute Walk to the indoor market (Tuesdays and Fridays) which is highly recommended. We paid €100 which is about right for this level.

Having travelled extensively around France for many years, we are used to some very strange rural hotels. This is an exception. We were booked into a suite on the first floor, a large, well appointed room with a large modern, spotless bathroom. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the centre of town with all amenities. The breakfast was good...

Old fashioned very confortable hotel with an impeccable service. It is a short walk from the center; I have been there a couple of time; in the summer the park and the swimming pool are lovely. Breakfast os also excellent with local products, delicious cheese, bread and croissants. I just regret that the hotel does not really offer diner or...

We loved our stay at this hotel! We got to stay in a room decorated like some of the historic chateaus we had recently toured through! With its own parking lot and lift, getting in and out was very easy. Our room was elegant and richly decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the...

The welcome we received was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean. The garden is lovely. After a long drive from the south of France, it was perfect to have a lovely swim and sunbathe. Towels are left on the sun beds. The staff were so, so helpful. Easy walk into town. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel and impeccable service, well located for a short walk into the town and bars/restaurants. The hotel is full of character and the hosts/staff are all excellent. The room was large, comfortable, air-conditioned and quiet. Pool facilities excellent and the gardens large with chairs and sofas for residents. Breakfast was very good and could be taken in the garden....

We stayed here for a single night. The location was perfectly located for a 5 min walk into for town but in a very quiet suburb. The property whilst a little dated was excellent in its character. The rooms were comfortable, large and air-conditioned. The staff were friendly and attentive. Pool facilities excellent and the garden a little oasis, with...

Nice old building, at the edge of the old town. We arrived late and stayed only one night, so we did not have the time to explore the garden. Our Privilege Double Room had a Marechal name as all the others, but it was peaceful, big and nicely decorated in an old fashioned way. Good quality bed. The bathroom is...

Lovely old huge house near the centre of town. Off road secure parking. Very easy to check in with the charming receptionist who speaks great English. The rooms are all named after Napoleon Marechals ( field marshals / generals) The rooms are clean, airy and comfortable. There is no restaurant but a significant selection of dishes can be delivered to...
