The breakfast was stunning and the welcome was, quite simply, the warmest we have ever had from a Frenchman in 50 years of travelling in France. It's a 10!
It is a hotel in a commercial/industrial park area. 10min walk to a bus which can take you all the way to i tea-muros etc. Close to aquarium.
Pleasant and comfortable room, large 180cm bed, extremely comfortable bedding, small bathroom with Italian shower.
The breakfast meets our expectations with lots of choice, the bread is super good as are the pancakes.
The boss is extremely friendly with his customers with a little word for each one.
We recommend this hotel which is located not far from St Malo intra muros.
Small, clean room, extremely comfortable bedding.
Small hotel with 29 rooms.
Breakfast as plentiful as ever,
Free and private parking available to customers.
Accepted animals.
We highly recommend this hotel
The hotel is beautiful, quiet , very clean and comfortable. The bedding is very good, the bathroom is modern but a little narrow.
"Classic" breakfast of a 3*
The welcome is very nice.
Our room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. The shower room was extremely small but again clean with a good shower. We did think that 1 thin bath towel between 2 of us was very mean.
Last time we had enjoyed our breakfast but on this visit we felt that we did not get good value for our 9 euros each. There was no fresh fruit salad which most hotels offer, just a very pretty display of whole fruits. The yoghurt was poor quality and my husband and I had to fight over the 1 croissant that was left. Overall we felt it was all very disappointing. I don't think we will stay here again but if you just need a bed for the night it is clean and adequate.
We stayed in a family room, which was clean and adequate, but overlooked the main road into St Malo, which is the equivalant of the M6. The breakfast was a typical French one and was lovely.
St Malo itself, we were gobsmacked by, enjoying a lovely evening walk and meal in a restaurant within the historic walled citadel. We also drove to visit Mont St Michel (about 3/4 hour away), which again, we were gobsmacked by, so much so, that my wife and i have decided that we will return asap, without the children for a long weekend, but staying in a hotel within the citadel.
"If you want clean, quiet comfort this is the place for you. Large selection of tv stations in english to entertain."Read full review
