Detailed Reviews
The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I wouldn't stay here again. The whole place looked tired and neglected. The bed was low and had a very thin duvet. The bathroom arrangement was strange with a separate toilet with a door that wouldn't open fully. There was a shower over the bath, but the bath was quite high to climb into and out of. My husband managed it, but I have mobility issues and couldn't do it, so ended up washing in the sink.
No hot food at breakfast. No gluten-free options, although we asked. There's a bar, but it wasn't being manned and wasn't very well stocked.
The best things you can say about this hotel are that it has parking right outside and it's on the edge of a complex which includes a large mall and supermarket.

I stayed only one night during a tour of the Brittany area.
📍 Location completely far from the center of St. Malo, however there is a bus line that leaves you in the center in about 30 minutes. The area is quiet and has restaurants and supermarkets around.
🛏️ The room was nice and spacious, with a terrace and good views, however it smelled very old or closed, I had to ventilate for a long time and even then the smell was a little intense; It was also clean. 🚽 Very narrow bathroom, everything hit me and I'm skinny, a larger person doesn't fit in the shower or they would get stuck in the bathroom 😅
🧆 We had a pretty good dinner, homemade and well prepared food. 🥐 Very simple "buffet" breakfast, more like a continental type.
🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻♂️ Very friendly staff, both at reception and in the cafeteria and restaurant.
📶 Good Wi-Fi connection.
The hotel is made up of two buildings, the one next to the reception does NOT have an elevator to access the first floor.

Simple but clean hotel with a good breakfast by French standards. You should avoid half board though because the evening meal offered (one meal!) is poor and not good.
We were staying there as part of a group trip.
Some were forced to go to the nearby Burger King because they were still hungry after the poor and not good food.
Plus: WiFi and free parking, friendly staff, TV with French channels in the room, air conditioning

We chose this establishment through a wonderbox 2 nights 2 meals
Very disappointed apart from the breakfast which was perfect the clean room comfortable bedding but very dated and smell of sewage in the bathroom The menu offered very very simple because the restaurant was closed except for the 2 of us a disaster and the 2nd evening the same except that a group of Germans did not eat like us to believe that the customers who booked with a box are the ugly ducklings this hotel should not be in the delicious and gourmet wonderboxes!!! Frankly, your operation needs to be reviewed… the staff seemed to have the same opinion as us! Very friendly and sorry for us!!!

Aging hotel, carpet with large stains and old furniture. Impacts on walls and doors with scratches, stained white sheets
Breakfast not rich enough for the price of 13€.
Not great and shameful for a three star!

The rooms are small but clean but the worst is the shower. Very complicated to collect a soap fallen to the ground. Breakfast is okay but I do not know the sound of the voice of the person who was present. The location is good. Pension for one night not for one stay.

Arrived slightly early the receptionist Enora was delightful, even arranged my early entry to my next hotel.
Situated on a shopping centre everything you need is at hand.
Close to the main routes if you don’t like driving in strange town centres.
I will add this hotel to my must book when I come this way again.

Arrived very late having done check in details on line. Doors were open and two friendly staff at reception. Within five minutes we were in our room. Oh, and there was even space for our car in their car park. Not a luxury hotel by any means but good value for money. Checkout was a breeze!

Budget hotel for the grand prize. No safety deposit box in room
Location is fine. Close to bus stop. Private car park. Shopping center. within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.
But they don't see us anymore. We feel ripped off. That's how I keep it clean.

This is a good three star hotel. The rooms are clean and simple. You may even be lucky enough to get a balcony. It is the type of hotel that you stay in for one night before you take the ferry back to England. There is a restaurant and bar area.
The location is great for the keen shopper. The hotel is near Carrefour and Maison du Monde. It is about 5 miutes from the main road into the centre of the town and near to the N137 the main road from Rennes.
While in St Malo for the night, make sure that you go to the walled area of the city (intramuros) which really comes alive at night with lots of restaurants and shops open fairly late in the summer.
