Detailed Reviews
The hotel is quite close to the center, by car aprox. 10 minutes. The rooms are small but very clean with comfortable beds, for sleeping is ideal. The Internet connection is very good, perfect for working as well.

Judging from the photos on Tripadvisor and the condition of the room we stayed in, this hotel has been renovated recently. The room was very clean and the possibility to reserve a non-smoking room online gives a huge competitive edge according to me. The check-in was ok, though the reception looked unmanned when we arrived. For our stay the parking was only half full, the parking spaces are dimensioned for tiny French cars which could cause issues for normal European models. Overall a good hotel but do not count on walking the three or so kilometers to the old city.

We stayed here for one night whilst waiting for a ferry back to the UK. Firstly the map for the hotel makes it difficult to find, it is actually in the car park at the rear of the Intermarche which after a while of driving around we eventually stumbled across. We had booked a 3 person and a 2 person room and the initial impression was OK, although the 2 person room smelled strongly of smoke (which could be expected in France I suppose).
The 3 person room consisted of a double bed and a small single bed on a mezzanine connected by a steep staircase (almost a ladder) so would not be suitable for the very young or very old. As it was in our case we had to put a chair against the top of the stairs to stop our children accidentally falling down the stairs during the night.
The rooms were clean and tidy but quite small, but perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The breakfast was fine - bread, rolls, pastries, etc which were kept topped up.
Overall a perfectly adequate overnite motel, although don't take too much notice of thier map!

Very poor accommodation and needs a serious refurbishment
The rooms are very small and airless, no Aircon and an uncomfortable bed.
The room smelled damp and there was mildew on the walls.
I had to have showers during the night to cool down
The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good and the staff
were pleasant
I couldn’t recommend this hotel

Even though one doesn't expect luxury at these sorts of prices our twin room was pretty dire. The worst thing was the lack of air as the window didn't open and even if it did it probably would have been a security risk as it opened onto the walkway and anyone could have climbed in. Fortunately we only had to stay one night as more than that would have been horrendous.
The only place to eat within walking distance was MacDonalds which just seemed to add insult to injury although I expect people with a car would have had a better choice.

The hotel was well located and easy to find, but that is pretty much where to good points ended! Checking in was not the most simplest process, and despite the room being clean and having a couple of welcomed amenities, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable! We were woken in the early hours to the fire alarm going off, which is fine, nice to have working smoke detectors, however there was no guidance as to what was going on, when it was safe to reenter the hotel etc, so we just followed the crowd. That sealed what was already a poor nights sleep! Average at best we would say.

We stayed in 9 different B&B hotels throughout France and this one was the best of them all. I don't think all of these pictures are showing the hotel as it is today, as it was newly renovated and virtually spotless. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick walk to a free shuttle which takes you to the entrance of the walled city. This was great as we were traveling with a car which would have been a hassle had we chosen a hotel right in town. Very nice city - we were disappointed that I hadn't scheduled more time here. I woudl not hesitate to recommend this B&B hotel.

Stopped at this hotel because it was the first one that we saw that advertised free internet. The location is a bit sketchy as it is surrounded by big government-style apartments. The room itself was bare-bones, but clean. The bed linens were crappy. This hotel doesn't offer any belles and whistles but it is very cheap for the city (45EUR), has free parking and internet.

The hotel is situated far away from the old city (Intra-Muros), but the bus station is near (however the bus arrival is unreliable to the schedule). The breakfast is only 6.85 euros with small choices of food. Staff is friendly, very fast and hardworkink doring the breakfast.

Terry and I booked into the B&B Hotel. It was handy for catching the Morning ferry to Portsmouth. That way we didn't need to drive to St Malo in the middle of the night.
The hotel was easy to find and very convenient for the ferry terminal. The rooms were basic, a bed, a small desk, a hanging space for clothes, flatscreen TV on the wall and a shower room. Whilst the room may have been small and basic, it was also spotless and comfortable>> so absolutely no issues.
Breakfast the next morning was also basic. A self service buffet offered a continental breakfast plus bacon and scrambled egg. What else would you need ??
We'll be back again next year, that's for sure !!

Bonjour Monsieur,
The earliest check-in time is at 12:00, but we usually advise our customers to arrive at minimum 01:00 p.m, in that way our cleaning staff will have the time to clean your room and you will therefore be able to take the room that suits the best your needs.
Concerning our parking places, it is situated all around our hotel, there are more places than needed and you won't have any difficulty to park your car, even during the night.
As we are open 24 h / 24, there is always someone behind the desk, meaning that you don't have to care about your car.. We will do it for you ! And, as long as we know, we never had any problems so far.
I hope that I answered to all your questions and we hope to see you soon at our B&B Hotel,
Feel free to contact us if you need any more information,
Best Regards,
François
