Detailed Reviews
I picked this hotel as it was a) very close to Intra Muros b) it had parking and c) had the added bonus of a small kitchenette. It did not disappoint. It is 5-10 minutes walk from Intra Muros along the promenade which was perfect for us. We have stayed many times in Saint Malo, mostly Intra Muros, but preferred this location as less noisy and had parking which most Intra Muros hotels don't. Parking was extra but for us was worth it, the garage is entered from a different street but covered, with numbered parking spaces and there is an entrance from the garage direct to the hotel. Room (we had a signature double) was fairly spacious with a small table and 2 armchairs. Small kitchenette (hidden in a cupboard) with a decent size fridge, nespresso machine, kettle, sink, hob and basic kitchen cutlery/crockery. For a couple of days this was really useful - it is compact and you wouldn't really want to be cooking in it but for us was just what we needed. The ladies at reception were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast as it was a bit expensive but we had the fridge to put breakfast items from the supermarket in. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel but the room descriptions on the website are a bit confusing as it does not seem to list all the room types and next time I would definitely consider paying more for a balcony room though from the website it is not clear which these are. But I will definitely book here next time I am in Saint Malo

Hotel was close to old town without being in all the noise and crowds . The beach is half a block away. The staff bent over backwards to assist us in telling about restaurants, what to do, parking, breakfast etc…., . First class service.

We stayed at L'Adresse for one night in August 2023 as a base to set off for the St Malo to Portsmouth ferry.
The hotel is modern with good facilities and it's own car park and has really friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was on the small side but really clean and modern (think it was one of their recently refurbished rooms) and perfect for an overnight stay before we headed home via the ferry the next morning.
The hotel is within 5mins walking distance of the old port/harbour area, plenty of restaurants and main tourist attractions.
Breakfast was a buffet style but you could order a hot breakfast if required.
Would highly recommend if you are visiting St Malo and want easy access to the ferry port.

Horrible!!!! Do not stay here. Nothing special. Sterile rooms. Bed is comfortable but few amenities. they put one bottle of water in your room, but when the maids refreshed our room, they didn’t refill the water so the second night we had no bottled water. No makeup mirror in the bath and the only mirror in the bathroom is 2 1/2 feet away from the front of the counter. No way to put your make up on unless you bring your own mirror. No place to store luggage. The first day we checked in, we were told we could not have breakfast downstairs because of a large group - families with children. Understandable. They brought room service to our room. However, the breakfast was basically bread, juice and coffee and yogurt. The morning we were departing we had to leave very early. The night before they told us that breakfast at 7 was full??? What the heck? I’ve never been to hotel in Europe that requires you to reserve a time for breakfast and this was not communicated to us when we checked in. Front desk night attendant lectured me when I tried to tell him no one explained any of that to us. DO NOT BOOK here. Worst stay of our trip!!!!

Dear Madam, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the rooms didn't meet your expectations. In case the water bottle doesn't get refilled, you can call the reception desk and we will bring you a new one; there is a receptionist on duty 24/7. As per breakfast, we brought you the order that you made on your breakfast sheet. You had the option of adding fresh and dried fruits, cheese, eggs, crepes and many other things. In case you have a doubt or you want to add some things to your breakfasr order, you always have the option of calling the reception desk from your room; last-minute adjustments are always possible. We do have breakfast shifts for days when the hotel is fully booked, and it was indeed communicated at the check-in because the reason you had breakfast in the room on your first day at no extra cost was indeed that the two servings were fully booked. The same room service option would have been possible on your departure day. Please, do not hesitate to let the front desk know when you have any specific requests. We are happy to help. Kind regards,

A quality hotel ideally located near the large Sillon beach. Comfortable rooms and an efficient and courteous welcome which is at the height of a 4 star. A downside to mention regarding the breakfast, the price of which is well priced. above what it should be: if the buffet is correct in terms of sweet products, we expected a much more extensive selection of savory products as we find in a large number of hotels of this level. That's really what we need to improve.

The rooms are dark, the view is of the backyard, side street, no wall hooks, slightly worn.
The breakfast is simple standard, small, unloving, sometimes the seating is really bad and you have to say in advance whether you want breakfast between 7:00 - 8:30 or from 8:30 to 10:00. For the price we would have expected a lot more.

Comfortable bed, convenient underground parking (although it does flood and you may need to move the car to the street like we had to) and very convenient to the old city. There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and the view is amazing if you get one with an ocean view. Overall an excellent option if staying in St. Malo.

Superb location metres from the sea/beach. Couple minutes walk to the old town and ramparts. Clean, spacious and functional rooms. Kind and friendly bilingual staff. The only quirm we had was that the breakfast room is too small for the number of guests, expect a bit of wait and people on top of each other at the buffet. The buffet is on the small side but food items are good quality and sufficient. Our kids loved it! Highly recommend for families.

Dear Madam, dear Sir, thank you for your feedback! We are glad that you've appreciated your stay in our hotel, and that our staff has been able to accompany you all along. The breakfast room is unfortunately a little crowded during peak weekends , when everyone likes to sleep in. That's why we have a room service breakfast option as well, just ask our staff and we'll be happy to help! Kind regards,

We loved it! This was the nicest hotel experience we’ve had in a year of living in France. There is a parking garage, but you do need to reserve the spot. Still better than fighting for a spot in busy Saint Malo. Location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet. The rooms are spacious. Loved the bed and it had two pillows per person! That may sound like a strange brag, but good pillows in French hotels aren’t common. Wonderful staff. Oh also air conditioning! Another uncommon feature but it was most appreciated here. The only regret was not staying longer at this hotel. To be honest, it is my favorite memory of Saint Malo.

Although from the outside the hotel does not present any particular charm, it must be recognized that once you enter it is very cozy, pleasant and you feel good there.
Ideally located one street from the ocean and close to the historic center.
Very helpful and lovely staff.
Spacious room, very comfortable as is the bedding.
Impeccably clean, the room had a very practical kitchenette;
Also a small terrace allowing you to lean over and contemplate the ocean.
Only downside, somewhat rigid regarding entry and departure times

Don't k know why you have difficulty but the coach (bus) station (that seemed to be central) was 150 meters from the hotel, and any transport taking you to the entrance of the old town, is practly what you need. Its literally right there by foot.
Good luck
