We've stayed one night in this hotel and didn't have the opportunity to use the SPA so I can only review the "hotel" part. The bathroom is nice, the bedroom quite standard. Breakfast was served in the room and was pretty good. Now for the bad part: we had been offered a night in the hotel from someone else who paid by card and also used a coupon of their own. We were told upon arriving that the payment wasn't successful and that we had to pay ourselves the full price (even without the coupon). We paid cash, didn't get any receipt. After confirming with the person who paid that they were indeed charged, we went back to get our money back. The whole thing looked pretty sketchy, we fortunately were given the cash back but were denied any further commercial gesture. The staff didn't even apologize properly for this and made it sound like it was our fault for changing something at the last minute (which we didn't do). Knowing the price of the night there I'm really shocked about the quality of service we've experienced.

We stayed two nights here. The first room had stains on the carpet and the headboard of the bed. I went to the reception to discuss about this matter and in the end the hotel upgraded my room which was clean and comfortable. The location is good, in the middle of the center and many restaurants on walking distance. It is a bid weird to drive into bus/ taxi only road to get to the front of the hotel for valet parking. I think the continental breakfast has room for improvement. Besides the regular pasties/breads/ eggs there is no other choices. Overall the hotel hasn't been the 5 stars I expected. It should have right at the first time.

One night stay on the way to St Malo. Had to change rooms twice due to the noise of the ventilation system but the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is located on a one way street but you can access by car up to the hotel where the amazing Thibault will park it. In fact Thibault was the highlight of our stay, he fixed any issues that we had with a smile and was extremely gracious. Chloé at the reception desk is also very efficient.

A very excellent hotel with first class staff. Check access by road before attempting to "arrive" I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The restaurant is first class - historic food! ''''''

This is quite the boutique hotel in an unexpectedly lovely city. We were here to visit a fallen soldier’s grave in the Brittany American Cemetery and found this hotel with the help of our travel experts. They could not have been more welcoming, professional or genuinely French. Food and service were perfect at every turn. They even forgave we “ugly Americans” as our French is terrible and the staff is gracious and forgiving and makes every effort to accommodate. Room was smallish but very efficient with lovely sheeting, towels and robes. We did not have time to try the spa, but next time...
