We arrived very late on a rainy night. Serge, our host, met us at the train station and we followed him to the Chateau.Everything was wonderful. A lovely room, a delightful bath, a beautiful breakfast.

Les Farcies du Pech is an amazing B&B in Bergerac. The location alone warrants 5 stars! The working vineyard and large country home is set in and amongst nine contiguous vineyards complete with a walking trail. The 5 bedrooms are large and very country French in decor. The kitchen breakfast table is set in the heart of the kitchen. Our... More

The guesthouse has just 5 rooms. Owners are friendly and welcoming; we felt like we were staying in someone's home. Lovely breakfast was served to all the guests as a group. The guesthouse is adjacent to a working winery. They were doing pump-overs when we were there; the winemaker graciously showed us around and gave us a taste of the... More

We stayed for one night at Les Farcies du Pech and wished we could have stayed for longer. Our hosts were charming and the accommodation in the Chateau was excellent. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, with a terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The breakfast was amazing. We were invited to sit at a large table in the kitchen and... More

We stayed at this lovely Chateau for a couple of nights. It isn't far from the centre of Bergerac (a short car journey) so well-placed to explore the city and river Dordogne. One comment was that there is no formal "reception" and we couldn't find anyone to book us in when we arrived (others told us the same thing). We... More

We needed an overnight stay near Bergerac Airport for our early return to the UK and this lovely Chateau fitted the bill perfectly!! We were made very welcome and had a beautiful, large room on the ground floor complete with marble fireplace! Huge shuttered doors led onto a lovely patio area. The room was very clean and had a bright,... More

Beautiful small chateau in the midst of its own vineyards. What better on a Summer day than wandering through the vineyard with a glass of its own wine in hand, and very good wine it is. Excellent accommodation, great fresh breakfasts and wonderful hosts, Marie, Betty and Serge. And enjoyable fellow guests. Best to go by car so that you... More

We were a party of four staying at this lovely B&B and vineyard for three nights and it couldn't have been nicer. The building itself has immense character (some of it dating back to the 16th century); the rooms are large and beautifully furnished, with good bathrooms, and look out over the extensive grounds. The owners couldn't be nicer and... More

We arrived at Chateau Les Farcies du Pech for a three night stay and were graciously welcomed to this delightful chateau offering bed and breakfast. The hosts, Serge and Betty, were friendly, showed us to our choice of one of two rooms and allowed us to settle in comfortably. The room was large and nicely appointed with a wonderful, up-to-date...
