Service was quick and efficient- easy to find and parking just behind pre book and 15 Euros but worth it as would’ve been difficult to park. It’s in a nice quiet area within 15 minutes walk of all areas. Room was small but had everything and Aircon was efficient and quiet. Breakfast you had to tick night before what you wanted and what time - but was quick and delicious in a nice courtyard. Would recommend

I stayed in this hotel 5 nights since I had plant trials with our French suppliers close by.
First night was in the old building. Corner room had very poor wifi and curtains that did bot block light. I switched to a room in the new building after that. It had nice balcony, but parking lot view and lack of wifi on balcony made it not very useful. Wifi was decent in the room and motorized blinds blocked light entirely. AC on the floor I was on broke down and was not fixed during my stay. It was not so bad since outside temperatures were in low 70s.
Worst thing was that I did not realize I had to book parking seperately, and once I did it the last day was fully booked and I had to park in parking lot almost kilometer away. Price was good for Biarritz so I might stay at this hotel again. I’m very surprized that Hilton, Marriott and IHG have bo properties in Biarritz. It’s a very nice town with beatiful beaches.

The Kemaris is in the back streets of Biarritz.
Our room was clean and comfortable but massively overpriced when you considered the facilities and back street location.
There is no free parking nearby, and they charge you an additional €25 for your vehicle.
We were also given two very different prices for our stay by two different members of staff.
Both were unexplainable more than Booking.com had given us!
I would strongly advise giving this hotel a miss.
There are several better located, cheaper options available.

Very attentive team and warm welcome. Great breakfast and comfortable, spacious room. Location not far from the center to be able to do everything on foot but enough to be quiet. Great + private parking which remains a bargain compared to the price of street parking. We will come back.

We saw no buses near the Hotel. Best bet is to take a Taxi.
Parking is internal to the Hotel.
Coffee and coffee pots were in our room.
Great Grilled Steak Restaruant about 5 minutes walk.
