This hotel may or may not be nice but the staff are not.
the rooms are too small, the bed is likely to be a hostel bed and the toilet does not have a door (no separation between the doorm and toilet). The beakfast is included but they would let in our room a tea bag, a brick of orange juice and a mini muffin (very bad quality).
The price was too expensive for what we had.
I would not recommend this hotel. there are better options in Biarritz to stay some days.
Very handy location, without the 'on the beach' price. The hotel is in a street with lots of bars and restaurants which is great, but the street noise is pretty much constant all night and there is also a fresh food market directly across the street which starts quite early, with trucks delivering goods during the night.
Evenings can be noisy but that’s part of its charm very good hotel prices are average as well for the area, breakfast can be arrange at the restaurant below and comes with a discount for hotel guest

The woman taking care of the hotel, Frederique, was super helpful and very nice.
The room is small, but standard size for most places in Europe. The bathroom was large and the bed quite comfortable.
A major draw for this hotel is its location, which also happens to be a big drawback. The street has multiple bars just across the street from the hotel, all of which come alive after 10pm, so if you want sleep, ear plugs are a good idea. The walls are also thin, so the TV in the room next door, that started up at about 2am, was an issue. There is no air conditioning, so if it is warm, the only option is open windows.
"Ask for the room beside the reception.. two beds a bathroom (which in fairness when taking a poo it brings ryanair leg room to mind) and a window looking out onto the street"Read full review
