This hotel is located in a cluster of budget hotels near the Palais des Congres 6km outside Bordeaux. There is a tram stop nearby & it's just a short 20 minute journey into the city centre. We felt that our room & bathroom were a little small & cramped & the lighting was woefully inadequate. However, the bed was comfortable,...

It have a good localization, near the tramway. The bedroom is biggest than similar hotels like Ibis and others and more confortable. Excellent breakfast with natural orange juice and variety of produits. The restaurant is ok too. The team is so gentle. Silence and confortable.

Reception = beautiful. It is downhill from there. Not sure why you would put so much effort into the reception then let the rest of the hotel be mediocre. The lights are ridiculous. Dim and dingy. There was pastry on our carpet so obviously hadn't been cleaned. The aircon unit was so loud we couldn't sleep with it on. Doors...

Good value for money, clean and comfortable. Ideal location for conference at the Palais de congress. I didn't eat there but there was breakfast and dinner on offer at the hotel. On site parking. Friendly and helpful reception staff

Had 2 rooms for our party. Rooms ok. Slight smell in bathrooms. To be noted is that the hotel is a tram ride away from Bordeaux. Further out than we thought when we booked. Staff however were very helpful & gave us the detail of how to get in and out via the tram... Tram stop is about 5 minute...

This hotel is located near the lake. Free parking is offered. A couple restaurants nearby so can find something to eat even though we arrive a bit late. It take only 15 minutes to reach the city centre by car or 30 minutes by tram. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is great with lot of choices. You...
