All you'd expect of an Ibis: modern, clean rooms, not large but adequately sized, just enough storage space, modern clean bathroom facilities. This one has the advantage of having an underground car park (with tight corners and cunningly placed concrete pillars), and being within a 10 minute walk of the city centre. The reception staff were not only helpful and...

A great hotel with great and friendly staff, excellent food and breakfast is super. Will stay here again, quiet, comfortable and friendly place and in a great area and close to tram station for trips into the centre and wonderful Bordeaux. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Overall, we were happy with the hotel (nice staff, big room, good breakfast with fresh orange juice). We had a small surprise to find some fleas on our bed when we decided to take a small snap before going out. We asked reception to put us in another room and this was done very quickly. Fortunately, the other bed was...

Basic hotel but it is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location for sightseeing. We thought it was good for the price we paid and this was during the euros. Breakfast had a good choice of bread cheese, fruit and pastries.

Spacious room overlooking Bordeaux. Friendly welcome with little gifts on the room ( candy, two bottles of water ). Comfortable beds, good shower. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Not far from the city center.

Staying here for the football, we would have preferred to be nearer the city centre - but no availability. Trams on strike - but the hotel's recommended taxi provider was very good. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful, particularly the young lady on reception at the time of our visit. Good selection of food at breakfast - anyone wanting...

This hotel has the tram line out the front. It is close to the city centre. It is a good walk from the main train centre but the tram or bus will get you here easily. The Tourism office is at the station and will help set you in the right direction. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast...

We stayed here for 3 days. Really enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was good, wifi was really fast. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Try and get a room facing the front. It's not that noisy..you're close to the fire station and police, so you're going to hear sirens wherever you are, but it's sunnier out the front....

We only stayed 1 night on a quick drive through France, we were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet included in economical price and right near a tram stop for easy access to city sites. Small bar area and good restaurant meant we could relax on arrival and spend our short time seeing all we could of...
