We had a room with terrace. Silent and close to the railroad/bus station. 30 min direct to airport 30direct.com or 1hr with normal bus 7/1,5€. It was walking distance to the city in 10 min. The minibar was free, with som water and juice. All together a good hotel for a weekend I Bordeaux :)

Three night stay, in comfortable room at the back of the hotel, very quiet. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. Splendid choice for breakfast - all excellent except for the bacon, which was terrible. Disappointed this time to find no fridge in the room, and the hospitality tray in the room was still pathetic - cardboard...

No glove in batheroom. Small TV. No toilet bowl brush. The supposed king size bed was actualy two very bad quality mattresses which is totally unacceptable when you have paid a supplement for a so called "high quality bedding".

The Mercure brand seems to specialise in providing the bare minimum of service required for a particular level, and that was certainly true here. The room was functional (which is a polite way of saying basic), and the facilities adequate. It is located near the station but not very centrally, so you need to take a tram to visit the...

Ideally located 10 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes from Tauzia tram stop. The staff is always nice, they did their best to accommodate my needs. The deluxe room is fabulous, clean, vast, comfortable, with complimentary mini-bar. Beautiful terrasse. Superb bathroom. The bar and restaurant are dedicated to Audrey Hepburn. Pourquoi pas. We had to wait at the...

underground parking (located 100m before the hotel, so make sure you turn early enough (it's indicated, but the panel is rather small). Don't forget to ask the code to leave/re-enter the parking. Nice rooms, good restaurant, at reasonable prices. Only negative: the wifi is not always working ok (I guess they restrict the bandwidth too much, e.g. skype impossible with...

On arrival at the hotel, we were advised that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room itself was fine, spacious and comfortable, but it was the lack of attention to detail which let the hotel down. We had Nespresso capsules in our room, but couldn't find a machine. When were enquired at reception, we were...
