This is well placed for getting the tram at Stalingrad into any part of Old Bordeaux. I'd say the hotel was functional and just what was needed for a short trip where you'll be out of the room for long periods. The bathroom was very small and slightly difficult for using the toilet but the shower was good. The wi-fi...

This hotel was clean and comfortable with rooms that were not large - but gigantic according to Paris standards. Although the owners do not speak English, we managed to communicate well. Right on the tram line and an easy walk over the bridge to the main town. Lovely and great value

This is a small, family run hotel, very clean and comfortable. It is mainly French business men staying here, not many tourists, probably because it is situated across the river from the tourist area. But it only takes 10 minutes to walk over the charming bridge, which itself is a tourist attraction. There is also a tram stop just outside...

We booked two rooms with friends for a night before a river cruise. The hotel was convenient to a tram stop, if needed, and just over the Pont de Pierre. We found restaurants within walking distance. The staff, although not English speakers, were most accommodating and walked our suitcases up the spiral staircase to our rooms. The rooms were clean...

We booked a room at this hotel for one night before a Bordeaux river cruise and enjoyed the establishment and owners so much that we also reserved one night at the end of the cruise. The hotel is family owned and developed and has a very nice decor. It is at a convenient location at the end of the Pont...

This was my 3rd time staying here, and I just can't say enough about the place. Yes, it's modest and located on the "wrong" side of the river, but it takes no time to get to the center of town. And the hotel is clean and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast, and the proprietors are just so welcoming and helpful....

Lovely old but beautifully appointed hotel minutes from the tram stop in Bordeaux Bastide, the first stop on the northern end of Pont St Pierre. Our host was very client friendly and charming, the room was comfortable with bare sandstone.also very quiet. The breakfast wasvery wholesome in a country that often just serves coffee and tartine rather than orange juice...

OK this may not be the kind of hotel for a romantic get away - but if you're on a business trip and need a clean, tidy, and friendly place to sleep - then this is it. Conveniently located, this privately owned boutique hotel provides a clean room with private bath (shower and toilet). TV and wifi provided. Reasonably priced...

Just returned after 4 wonderful days in Bordeaux. This is an amazing hotel which felt like a home from home. One was made very welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's a perfect place to practise your French as English does not always jump of our wonderful hosts lips. Can't wait to go back there. Tres bien

Excellent location, clean up-to-date rooms, reasonable prices... and a wonderfully welcoming couple who own the hotel. Four of us were travelling through Bordeaux on a cycling tour, and they even provided secure bike storage in their garage. Highly recommended.
