We had read very few reviews of this property and were a bit hesitant in booking it. It however turned out to be an excellent choice for our 4 day stay during Christmas. The service apartment styled hotel had modern well equipped room ensuite bathroom (with a tub), a kitchenette and ample storage. This configuration served our requirement well as...

I spent three nights here exploring Strasbourg. The location was excellent, but I had to find parking outside the old town as the small carpark here was full. This added to the cost! It also meant that I had difficulties checking in as I couldn't park my car outside while trying to do so. You have to arrive within the...

My booking was done in advance and I got confirmation over mail from the hotel along with step wise instructions to reach my room. Reached Strasbourg on a Sunday night. As per the written instruction I entered the main door password. There was some sound but the door...

My room was old, worn, tired... but could have been quite nice. My feeling is that there are extreme differences from one room to the next. The room you get may or may not be in good shape. This is not a place for business travel. The telephone does not come with the room and must be requested. The internet...

I arrived on a Sunday, and the reception was closed so I had to get my key from a lock box. It turned out the key was for a non-existent room, and of course there was nobody at the reception. With the help of a colleague, I finally found my room after about 40 minutes of randomly trying the key...
