Frankly disappointed with this hotel. Just not up to expectations. Having to walk down the street in the rain to an annexe and drag cases up stairs at the entrance was not a good start. The elevator took an age waiting every time we went out and came in. There were not enough power points in the room - television... More

We were for a couple of days in Strasbourg during our vacations in Europe. We stayed at the Cerf d'Or. We picked a large room with AC (a must). Old style with wooden beams but very clean with all amenities. The staff is excellent. We arrived late at night and they were very accommodating. The location is excellent, at walking... More

I highly recommend this beautifully remodeled hotel. My room is large and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. I had the best venison stew (civet de gibier) I have ever had. There are two buildings just one building apart. One contains the swimming pool and the other contains the restaurant. The swimming pool... More

We stayed here for 1 night during a road trip across Germany and France. The room was good and clean. The sound insulation is not good as you can easily hear things that are going on around other rooms. The bath was the negative point of our stay. It is poorly designed and if basically gets flooded when someone showers.... More

We chose this hotel for its indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately this was so cold that there was no pleasure to be had from it. Same goes for the jacuzzi. Staffing seemed to be a problem too. Although pleasant, members of staff on the front desk were not at all efficient and there was no coordination between them. We were not... More

We had a room in the attic for a family, it had a double bed and separate room with twin beds for the family. We were a short walk from the old part of town and you had to find your own parking but there were underground parks close by. We had a roof box on so this did not... More

The hotel has good location - close to Petit France and tram lines A & D. It's some 10 min. away from the Christmas Market, which is a plus in December. Except this the hotel is average - basic but very clean rooms with complimentary café and tea in the room but no fridge or anything else. There's no room... More

The hotel itself is quite average, but the service that you get from the front desk is among the worst in france. not coming again. In my room the phone didn't work and they decided to blame me, amazing...

We stayed here whilst attending a wedding in Strasbourg. We actually booked this on the day as the accommodation booked for the wedding had no aircon and didn't have enough beds in the end. We were able to find this place as a compromise on price and comfort (given we'd already paid for accommodation elsewhere for the same period). Pros:... More

A two night visit at the end of a there week trip around Europe. Hotel is in a good position just outside the old city and walkable to just about everywhere. Rooms are cosy / smallish but have everything needed or certainly for what we needed. No real view but we were out all day and evening anyway. Modern rooms... More
