Very tight rooms, even by Ibis standards Walls like paper, you could hear someone breathing. Location does not inspire security Doors to the hotel always locked, Proving the lack of security of the place

We stayed here over Christmas and enjoyed our two-night stay. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location was great - very close to the train station, the cathedral, Christmas market and Le Petite France - all within walking distance. The room we had was basic, but clean, bright with good natural lighting. It would be perfect if they have...

We visited the IBIS Strasbourg Petite France during the Christmas season: The hotel is located right in front of the few bridges leading you inside the city center of Strasbourg - Hard to get better than that. If you are driving the hotel is a bit tricky to find as it is located on a street for tram, not designed...

The hotel has a great position, just outside the old part of the city. The entire hotel is smoke free but as I entered my room there was a heavy smell of cigar. The room was facing the main road were the tram runs. Very noisy during the day and also during the night as the window is simple and...

Hotel is located in a very convinient place. Everything in old city is walking distance away. Rooms are adequate in size, breakfast is delicious (with limited selection buffet). Staff is very polite and helpful (even I found a girl in reception speaking my home language Greek) and its very clean. Price due to the fact was Christmas season was a...

I was there for 3 nights with my two teenagers, so I booked a room for 3 (large bed + sofa) No surprises, this is a typical IBIS standard. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is OK and not so expensive. Just be sure to avoid the rush hour, especially in the weekend. Location is superb. A few steps and you...

We had been in this lovely hotel. The hotel was very quite and clean with a lovely staff who helped us at anytime. It was just a few minutes walking to the Petit France ( one of the most beautiful place in Strasbourg).

Location is the main plus, an easy walk to the main sights, and the room was both clean and quiet. The main minus was the lack of parking - no street parking anywhere near (the road outside is broadly a tram-only road) and we had to use a multi-story some way away. You won't be disappointed but you probably won't...

The hotel was as you expect with Ibis. Clean and the breakfast had a wide choice. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially after someone hit our car in the car park. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city and petit france. Thoroughly recommended. The bonus is secure parking behind the hotel.

For the price paid, 85€/night for a larger double room including breakfast and wifi, we were happy here. Nice room with a view and for us there was no problem with noise from the street. Surprisingly good breakfast including fresh orangejuice, which is rare even in 5* hotels. Another nice feature was the free access to pressreader for free newspapers...
