Terrible experience at Ibis Centre Halles Strasbourg. Stayed there for 2 nights, forgot a coat at the room closet, called there a couple of hours after checking out and the front desk wasn't helpful, they simple informed that the coat wasn't there and did not even check with the housekeeping staff. Sent an email to the hotel and receive no...

Weekends seem very cheap (sub €50) but if paying weekday rates of >€100 I'd hesitate. The location is perfect but it is, after all, an Ibis. That means basic services, poor finish to decor, slightly worn/torn bedding, etc. Just a basic place to sleep. If you want a hostel-style room from a reputable brand in the centre of Strasbourg this...

The Ibis Centre Halles is located on the very edge of the Centre Ville. The whole old town and center district is easily reached by foot. The hotel has a garage in the same building but also a huge inside shopping mall. The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean but as always they are not big. If you want...

Spent two nights, very happy. Friendly staff, clean location, very central. Walking distance to every where. Nice bathroom - I find this very important. I had a minor issue with a lamp not working and they operate with a 15 min guaranty to fix any prob. And yes, 13 min later it was fixed. Breakfast is nice - pancakes, croissants,...

The hotel is in a super position inside to a shopping centre and very close with the center of the city. I stay for the late check out till 12.30 for free. The breakfast is ok. The room are very small and maybe it would be better to have more towel (it was just one towel pro person). Wi fi...

Seems like every big foreign city I travel too there's an IBIS in the best spot of town. This is another great example. This Ibis not only gives you great views of the river, etc but you're on a tram line and if you are travelling with a group the buses park right outside. Plus this Ibis is connected to...

A good hotel in the city centre not far from the train station. A very helpful reception staff. A room was good with free Wi-Fi, TV, double bed, desk, bathroom. Next to shopping centre and 15 minutes walk to the old town. There is the McDonald's restaurant and opposite the hotel restaurant with local specialities. Recommended!

Seeing TripAdvisor rating, I was a little bit disappointed when I entered the room. The staff was nice but the hotel is definitely getting old. Yes, rooms have been repainted. But that's not enough. Bathroom was in need of an update. Even the room itself shows it was designed decades ago, for example there is no electricity socket near the...

The location is great, just on the edge of the old town, so it makes a great place to stay for exploring the Christmas markets. The reception staff were absolutely great, giving us a map of all the markets and a bag of chocolate which was much appreciated. However, for the price, we would have liked a kettle in the...

Very nice room, with great view towards the center of the city. Enough space, very clean and great pillows. The staff is very helpful and the services are provided very quickly. It has a fantastic location either for sight seing or shoping.
