This hotel makes the business traveller welcome; particular when travelling solo. The rooms are fresh and location is ideal...very central. business facilities tick all the boxes and the food good. My observations; Great quality product; internet was a problem which was quickly rectified by the effecient and helpful staff. I will go to BW MM (as I have done in...

great stay here - good location just between the train and the old town. Kind of a quirky place bu super clean and the staff is absolutely THE best. They all went out of their way to be friendly and help us. Over the top service. Very clean hotel. The only downsides were that the AC did not keep up...

This hotel was not easy to find - there were lots of roadworks so the satnav had problems!! The underground parking was unsuitable for our low sports car so we were directed to another secure car park 20 mins walk away which was fine. Very helpful reception desk. The room was small and the shower rediculously small - and I...

Very courteous staff. As a Two Star Plus or Three Star Minus establishment, well worth its price for this area, quite decent facilities and breakfast. Very close to all the main sites like Cathedral, etc 12 Euros to park in their very tight underground parking garage.

This place is a couple blocks from the train station and right on the way to the main part of town. Could not possibly be more convenient. When we showed up we were greeted by a helpful and friendly front desk. They have a nice dining area for breakfast that is right next to a very attractively decorated sitting room...

If you check the other reviews I've written you'll see that this was 1 of a number of hotels my wife and I stayed at on a trip through Germany. We stopped off in Strasbourg on our way back to London. I have to say that I was a bit worried as this was the cheapest of all the hotels...

Friendly staff, great room, good price (lastminute). Handy for the town. Breakfast room a bit crowded and could do with more smiles. Understaffed for the rush hour. All in all just a very fine couple of nights. (and the aircon worked!)

The hotel is located close to the train station one way and to the old town the other way. The entrance to the hotel is round the corner from the street address of the hotel. There is a spot to park outside the entrance while unloading and the hotel garage is just a little further along the street. All staff...

Our first of 18 nights in Europe was spent at the Metropole Monopole in Strasbourg during the Christmas season. If you love Christmasy stuff, this is the place to be. The hotel is a Best Western and I think, as Americans, we tend to picture Best Westerns a littel more cookie cutter in nature than the ones I've found in...
