My adult daughter, mom and I stayed in Room 104(B) for one night on the 12th of April as a stopover on the way back to Luxembourg. Upon arrival the valet offloaded our luggage and took care of parking my car in the secured garage. We had no issues with check in and quickly settled into our room before heading...

I will concur on all the poor reviews of this hotel, and have to say that anyone who has given this hotel an excellent rating would be deceiving you. I would strongly urge you to consider all the negative reviews on this hotel and choose another for your stay in Strasbourg, especially if you're visiting in spring or summer because...

We concur on location and building quality behind that there is no detail, Rooms not ready till 4pm, smelly hot rooms, unusable shower, nowhere to charge phone, slow wifi, poor lighting, coat hangers broken, aloof staff, so easy to put all this right but possibly the location means they needn't bother. Beware approaching in car, very difficult to find, address...

The reviews on this hotel are correct. The hotel is excellent. It even boasts a sauna which is of very good quality and which we used. The only downside was that at the moment the light was gone in the sauna, so we had to sauna only in the light of the fireplace. Which was enough. Internet is not included,...

I and my wife stayed 4 nights in December on this great hotel. Located in the very romantique part of Strasbourg - la petite France - in the middle of a river. The welcome was warm, the room large and comfortable and the service impeccable. Breakfast is a little expensive but the charm of the hotel makes you forget it...

We were there on a trip to see the Christmas market, not the first time in Strasbourg, we actually have been to that hotel before. The room was shaped with many angles, overheated to the extent we could not breath properly, dusty carpet did not help. We could not find the hair dryer, we were told by the receptionist the...

Spent 2 nights in Regent Petite France for a short vacation. Hotel is located in a very nice although a bit touristy area in the oldest part of Strasbourg. Close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable, some with views of the locks in the river Ill. Breakfeast good. Staff is cheerful and serviceminded.

This is billed as the best hotel in Strasbourg and it gets top ranking in the Michelin guide. Alas, the service is correct but unfriendly but what really ruined our stay is that the fact that the entire hotel – and especially the suites on the top floor, where we stayed – stinks of raw sewage. The smell permeates the...

Strasbourg is a beautiful city and the hotel has a charming location on the channels. The hotel is modern and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and furnished with modern furniture. Excellent breakfast and very good car care service by the staff in the nearby garage.

We have just returned from an enchanting weekend break in Strasbourg. We stayed at the Hotel Regent Petite France which was in a wonderful location in the Petite France area. The hotel is surrounded on three sides by canals, and our bedroom overlooked one of them. Although we only booked a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size,...
