This was our 3rd stay on 19th September in this hotel on 3rd floor and we love it. The reason is that it is always impeccably clean. Beds have mattress toppers so the sleep quality is good. Cushions are also of good quality. Sheets are snow white made of Egyptian cotton (high quality) bathrooms is clean, towels new, good quality. We book rooms on higher floors so the views are better. Air conditioning is working perfectly and most important very quiet. A guest can adjust the A/C temperature according to preference. Parking spaces available for all customers. Location is great as it gives easy access to motorways either travelling South or North direction. Girls in the reception are lovely, all speak good English. I would rate this hotel at least 4* Many thanks.

If IKEA built a hotel, it might look like this. Simple and boxy, with just the essentials in the room. Clean and comfortable for a base to explore Colmar and the Route Des Vins ( we loved Eguisheim, Turckheim and Riquewihr). Plenty of free parking and easy to find just 10 minutes from town center.
Bath has shower only, attached hair dryer, universal squeeze bottles soap/shampoo ( no conditioner or lotion) and good towels. Tea kettle in room, paper cups. Ask for ice from reception or the bar.
The reason for a 4/5 is that Wi-Fi didn’t always work and was slow. Plus, the AC unit had a mind of its own (I think the front desk controlled it even though there’s a thermostat in room) and turned off at night and points during the day. Not good when outside temps are in the 90s!
Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

I confirm you that like a famous swedish brand of furnitures we share the same importance to guest feedback so we take on board your relevant feedback after your short stay with us. We feel sorry if you had troubles the wifi connection and the Airco too. (which we know are important parts of a successful stay in a hotel !) We can effectively control airco from the reception but each guest have its own remote inroom, we of course don't switch it off during the day (it is just stopped by housekeeping service during the service) As most of french hotels of our stantard we effectively don't provide ice machine in corridors as you may find in the US but our 24h/day reception staff is always happy to provide you with ice cube. Once again thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay with us. This is a good place for an overnight stop close to Colmar city centre with free parking. Breakfast buffet was fine - a bit limited for the 12 Euros charged per person but if it's included in the room rate it's good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are quite small but clean. It's not that comfortable to sit in as there is only one hard desk chair and a small padded bench to sit on. A comfortable t chair would be nice but if you use this as a base to sleep in it's fine.

I apologize about the breakfast you found "limited for 12 euros" and the chair in the room which was not comfortable enough. The size of the standard room doesn't allow us to put two armchairs. Very convenient hotel for visiting Colmar. It has free private parking which is closed at 11pm and you can enter with a code. Clean room, quiet, very friendly staff. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. Good value for money.

We stayed here (3 adults) for a stopover whilst driving from UK to Italy. Very convenient location near the motorway. The hotel was very clean, room was spacious with 2 x double beds, receptionist was very pleasant and warm, breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel location was also very convenient to visit Colmar. A 5 minute drive was all it took to get very close to Petite Venise, a wonderful part of Colmar to stroll around in the evening. Would very much stay here again, highly recommended!

very good facilities big king size bed, modern decor and a very good bathroom, with walk in shower. has a bar and the breakfast was a good buffet. they do not have a restaurant as such, but do bar snacks and pizza, in the evenings, from the bar. there are other limited restaurants within a 10 min walk. the hotel is about 1/2 a mile from the center of town, where there is everything you expect. Good secure parking facilities.

Very nice stay! Due to the bad weather I had to interrupt my motorcycle tour and was warmly welcomed at the Best Western Colmar! All staff were extremely friendly, the room very nice and the breakfast great! I highly recommend the place for a short trip to Colmar!

Modern and clean hotel at a very reasonable price. It is in the perfect location to visit Colmar and all the interesting places in the Route des Vins in Alsace or the Route des Cretes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
