The hotel has tasteful interiors and great cleanliness. The rooms, although not very large, are equipped with everything you need. Hearty breakfast, varied and excellent quality. This is the first time in a hotel of this category I find organic juices in the bottle. Even the dinner was good. As for the staff (we were a large group) I have to divide into two categories. The first day smiling, kind, professional. The second day the exact opposite, bordering on rude.
The location is good. The Petite Venice is a short 20-minute walk away.

+1
Ideal location for visiting Colmar and enjoying the Christmas Market.
Very nice renovation. Functional but welcoming room. More than attractive prices in November/December in a very popular tourist period. Large free and secure overnight parking. The staff are charming. Welcome drink. Breakfast of local products. Pleasant decoration.
Restaurant on site which offers a small brasserie-style menu with very good value for money.

Friendly hotel, rude staff.
We chose this hotel because it was quite central, easy to reach the center and the markets on foot or alternatively take the bus right outside the hotel. Very cute in decor, a real gem. Very eco friendly, but certainly not at all friendly for children's requests. There was a very unpleasant episode on the part of those who were at the reception. I needed milk for my baby as the shops close early and I wasn't able to buy it. For a glass of milk I immediately faced frowns and had to insist on having it. Obviously it was my intention to pay for it. For a glass of milk (not even lactose-free was available at breakfast, but only almond) they charged me €3. Extremely rude even when we asked for some information. They barely responded, much less greeted you with a smile. To improve the staff, kindness and being friendly is not one of them! Excellent cleanliness and spacious room.

Check-in:
The check-in was friendly and helpful.
Location:
Slightly outside the city center, this hotel is ideal for trips to Comar. It is located on a main road, but since our room was facing away from it, we hardly noticed it.
Rooms:
The rooms were clean and well-kept. However, they were relatively small, so the living space was very limited with the additional baby bed.
Service:
Overall, very friendly service. However, not always particularly accommodating. We sometimes had the impression of being "annoying".
Food:
The food is regional and generous.
Conclusion:
Sufficient for a short vacation.

The perfect hotel to visit Colmar and the villages around it. It has clean, sweet little rooms. The bathroom (at least on the 3rd floor) has a big shower. The breakfast is vast and delicious. Also, in the reception area, there is such a bohemian atmosphere because it was decored with vintage furniture and I actually got inspired to continue writing my short stories there. Last but not least the location is a plus, it is close to the centre of Colmar, only 15 minute by foot. Enjoy your stay…

I met up with friends and traveled with a dog! Everyone was very friendly, even the cleaning team!
My dog was also really welcome and was allowed to have breakfast with us, which he didn't do, he slept for a while.
Now some people are screaming about animal hair allergies... You can mention that and then you get an animal hair-free room or you take a pill! The world can't just cater to allergy sufferers and intolerances, I'm also allergic, I live with it and not for it! Or just take one of the non-animal-friendly hotels!
It was very clean, the food was just delicious and breakfast without croissants was no problem, there was plenty of other options. The lack of orange juice was also more than well replaced by regional juices. No run-of-the-mill breakfast!
Tea in the room in the evening was also pleasant.
Plenty of parking spaces, locked at night. Within walking distance to the city, wonderful!
The only drawback was a family with unruly, very loud children, who luckily left, it must have been a problem eating at the table instead of in the lobby?!
Colmar is really worth a visit and the Greet Hotel is highly recommended. I only book hotels with parking, so the location is great.

Excellent location at 15mn walking distance from the Colmar center, just nearby the hospital. The green concept vanted at your arrival is not really put in practice (plastic glass in bath room, air conditioning ...), but the hotel is painted in green!
Food is ok with local specialties but not crescents at breakfast!

We stayed 1 night at this hotel, and it is just in accordance with what you expected. Nice with free parking outside and the room was clean and in accordance with pictures. However, the aircondition did not work very well, so it was too hot in the room. But all in all, a good stay for one night.

We were at Greet Hotel from February 5 to 12. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are very clean and all the staff are very attentive to all our needs. It is worth highlighting Laura, who was super attentive to us and whose kindness we took with us as a pleasant memory. They prepared a picnic for us, since on the last day we were leaving the hotel very early.
Very advisable hotel if you want to visit Colmar and surroundings for a few days.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cleaning service was very careful.
A warm greeting to Laura from the 4 night card players (she will already know who we are).

The hotel is ideal as the point of access to Colmar. Free parking and 10 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful and we would like to thank you for the help in getting the double duck replaced with two single ducks. The room was simple and good. Bed, table and electric part. The bathroom was well-functioning

Olivier
