Great Location over looking Piccadilly Park. Centrally Located in the Centre. View from 3rd Floor Bar amazing accessed by lifts. The lifts to get past 3rd floor is via key cards which is a pain. Room Clean, but small. Small double bed. View from room over city is good but not worth the extra cost and has a lot of...

I am quite the fan of manchester and have been on various trips throughout the years. Having recently turned 18 i could finally stay in a hotel on my own for the first time. I've always admired the mercure while waiting at the tram stop so i went for it. At £188 for two nights i was hopeful of a...

I recently paid £115 to stay in this hotel for 1 night only and what a complete waste of money that was! The hotel lobby was very busy when checking in, and as the lobby had no seats people had to resort to sitting on the floor - not very accommodating to the elderly, pregnant or disabled customer. The room...

We stayed in this hotel last week and it is beautiful. Very close to all the bars and clubs. And looking into Piccadilly gardens you can't get much more central for all the shopping Manchester has to offer. The staff are great and the bars and restaurants are great in the hotel.

This is the second time I have been to the Mercure Manchester in Piccadilly Hotel, I can say that I am glad to see the bathrooms have been refurbished and the rooms, though small, are comfortable. I was disappointed with the service from check in to check out for the following reasons. At check in, this took about 15/20 minutes...

Very well-located within reach of many amenities, but the traffic control area around the hotel was a nightmare. We failed to find the car park and therefore parked in a nearby NCP car park. Stayed in the Piccadilly suite as a treat for my partners 30th. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was really nice but abit hot. The door handle on the bathroom door was abit stiff and my partner got stuck in the bathroom. Breakfast was not special just ok. Would definitely stay again.

“Large circular water stain on sheet. Despite removing and pointing out to staff this was put back on the bed for the following night. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom, and dirty teaspoons left on the dressing table. Two tea bags, two sachets of sugar, four tiny milk portions, and one sachet of coffee were provided between two people. Received no response when phoning reception so had to purchase tea bags and milk from the Spar around the corner.”
