Horrible place that stinks of urine. Toilet in the bathroom was blocked for my 2 day duration, no towels available. Also took a long time for the staff to open the front door and it was raining alot. I would not recommend this place - expensive for the quality of service... Nice location though.

As i arrived late at night in Manchester and would leave in the morning, I looked for a cheap place to stay near the shudehill bus station where I arrived and the Piccadilly trainstation from which I was leaving and found this place. When I came into the room I was shocked of how hard the noise was that came...

10 of us stayed here for a stag do. It ticks all the boxes without being flashy. Clean, comfortable beds, working bathroom etc. Very good location for close to all the pubs, bars and restaurants of the Northern Quarter.

Serviceable hostel in the Northern Quarter. Generally clean in the common areas but lot of wear and tear in the rooms and the metal beds are flimsy. Bedding is also very basic and looked quite old. Had to report a health issue in the kitchen which management acted upon. Basic breakfast but bring your own tea/coffee as it is cheap...

When we arrived, the hostel looked nice. The rooms were small but cleanliness was okay. On the website, it claimed you could hire towels for £2 and thus, I never travelled with a towel. However at the hostel I was told there were no towels left for hire. I thought that was unfair because had customers known that was an...

This is by far the most horrid hostel I've ever been in. Come back from being at a gig to find out beds soakin because of a leak on roof. Small rooms, horrendous bathrooms, staff attitude is terrible, not very hygienic. Did not know it was shared bathrooms, you have neighbours about 3cm away. Walls are paper thin. Bugs come...

Pro: -good location next to picidilly gardens, trams and bars -has a shared bathroom in the room Con: -noisy as hell from the cracked windows -tiny rooms for a lot of bunks -mattresses are old and worn Didn't think it was worth the money we paid. Needs an upgrade Maybe we didn't stay long enough to experience everything in the...

It is what it is... A YOUTH hostel. We stayed here as we couldnt get in anywhere else but the price was similar to a Travelodge or the Ibis. Expensive for what you get. Very basic facilities, no kettle to make drinks on a morning in your room, TV didn't work properly and that's all you get!! cleanliness OK however...
