Lovely hotel room, spacious and clean, friendly, helpful staff and very good on site restaurant. Myself and my husband and 2 children had a lovely stay and great weekend in Manchester and would most definitely go back again.

We usually stay in thirst hotels we can find and are often disappointed, see my recent review on the Queens hotel Bournemouth at £199 a night. First time for us in a Premier inn. We stayed here overnight en route to Manchester Airport. Getting Here: The Hotel is easy to find, close to the main roads, good sign posting. Checking In: Great very friendly staff on reception very welcoming, shocking to find that guest have to pay £4 to park the car overnight, considering location not too bad. Location: About 10 minute walk into...

great hotel lovely and quite even pride bank holiday weekend. Food in restaurant really nice and well priced. Staff friendly and helpful, reception always a morning or evening which is very nice to be spoken too. Room very clean I would stay again.

Perfect hotel if your going out in deansgate; it's a 5 minute walk from the locks. Rooms were clean, the beds were so comfy and breakfast was a bargain! Also great. I can't complain about anything, we will definitely be back again. Ps! If your going to the locks for a night out and fancy a meal, head towards Albert's...

Had a really enjoyable two nights here with our 11 year old daughter. The staff are so friendly especially Jess in the restaurant who our daughter loved. The barman was lovely too as was the little, older waitress who was also on reception she was so helpful. The room exceeded expectations I've never slept on a comfier bed....only downside was...

We had a three night stay at this hotel with the family. It was situated perfectly for all the attractions we had booked. The car park was not busy when we arrived but it soon filled up and a space cannot be guaranteed as it is also a public car park. We paid £12 for the 3 nights to park...

The hotel staff were always smiling, very friendly and nothing was too much of an effort for them. The rooms were big and very clean, restaurant and bar had variety of food and drinks. Everything was perfect in this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay was excellent value, very clean and comfortable with easy wi-fi access and wide choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly and convenient access to the attractions in Manchester.
