Got allocated a room on the 5th floor, smelt foisty, damp had more stains on bed and floor than anything else. The bed, along with everything else was ancient, it felt like walking back in time a few decades. After speaking to reception we got a room on the 3rd floor, which was a load better. I'd not stay here...

The rooms are odd, we booked for 2 adults and when we arrived in our room we had a double bed and a single camp bed made up.There was a tiny bathroom, shower which required...

My wife and I stopped here for one night. Staff on reception were not that friendly but did the job. The main reception and beyond was very tired with threadbare carpets also the lift had rippled floor covering that was waiting to trip a person up, this would be a large insurance claim if it happened, the hotel just don't...

The bedding was dirty looking, and was obviously old and worn out. Bathroom was dirty, and towels were dirty and grey instead of white. Pune evening meal was...

Stayed here for one night on a Caledonian Travel tour to see And & Dec at the phones4u arena. Having looked at reviews before we went I thought it was going to be horrible. I was pleasantly surprised. Reception, bar and restaurant areas looked ok. The evening meal was nothing special but perfectly edible and like the breakfast, it was...

Used the park and stay facility whilst on holiday. Car park is under cover and secure. 10 minute drive by taxi to the airport, £10 there and £15 return. Room was supposed to be a family one but consisted of two small double beds with mattresses that were probably original and extremely uncomfortable. It was used as somewhere to stop...

Stopped over at this hotel for one night the hotel was quite adequate. Food was basic but filled an empty stomach, breakfast too. Room was basic clean, supplied with bathroom condiments and plenty of towels. Bar and restaurant areas clean and tidy as well as toilets. Will stop again if need be.

Thank Neil C
