Not the best location however room was spotless bed comfortable and at a great price. I got what I booked no more no less staff welcome ace. It makes no pretense of being what it is not, as the advert says what it says on the label is what you get

My partner and I run a charity so had to travel to Manchester for the weekend to organise a fundraiser. Originally we were going to stay in the Ibis (where some of the volunteers stayed) but there were only twin rooms available due to the football. As we didn't want to eat into our charities money we just booked the...

This is somewhere a homeless person might reject. The bed was a slatted bed which collapsed when I sat on it and even after fixing it myself collapsedd again. I did not get a nights sleep and left soon after 6am after spending most of the night sat in an upright chair.

do not stay here. I wish I had read the reviews before staying here, I normally do but for some reason I didn't! we stayed here for one night, its right in the centre of Manchester. took us ages to find and when we finally did we had to walk down an alleyway full of smelly bins and knock on...

Stayed here for one night. The worst aspect is the noise. The windows are old single pain and let in all the noise of the bar which is situated directly below many of the rooms. People walking past in the night dont even need to be shouting for you to hear them. You enter the hotel through a dirty side...

I think many things of this place are illegal. Looks and smells so dirty, dirty walls, carpets, not working curtains, windows is really horrible. Apart from all of this they clone cards, they tried to commit some fraud with mine but my bank prevent this. If it was not for my bank my money would be now in those dirty...

This place is not that bad. Certainly not as bad as some of the reviews would have you believe. True, it is in a dirty back alleyway but it doesn't advertise itself as the Ritz. When I arrived there were two, er, "gentlemen" peeing on the bottom step of the hotel. I had to walk between them to get in....

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is up an alley way full of bins so really hard to find. Hotel is dated and FILTHY. Mould on the walls and bathroom , dirty stains on walls and holes in the walls. Windowsills full of rotten wood and completely filthy. Bathroom light didn't work. Block of wood holding...

The bed was comfy, the bedding clean and the room warm - but that's where the positives end. You have to pay extra to have a room with a private toilet/bathroom! The option is a communal one which we didn't fancy. We noticed that the room had no towels. This we thought was strange until we tried to get in...

Currently gathering information to report this hotel to trading standards and seeking legal action. Looking at the photos, health and safety regulators will be contacted. Received a chain of abusive emails as they didn't cancel my booking 9 days prior due to family medical issue and then tried to take the payment for it. Unsurprising there are reviews about cloned...
