This is because its awful, i stopped in the room with all the windows, it was at the back end of reception & a magical mystery tour there & back to complain. They currently have a picture up of. Its single glazed & had no heating it was like trying to sleep outside between the noise & the temp as it was a cold night. Our toilet leaked which added to the fun.
