We booked to stay at Gardens last minute for the two nights of Parklife festival. Our stay was actually pretty comfortable given that this is a very basic, budget hotel in an old building. We stayed in one of the central rooms, which don't have windows, but a desk fan was provided which kept the room cool and prevented any...

We booked this hotel mainly due to the location. It is just a 3 minute walk from the station and so central to the centre that it is impossible to find fault with this. When we entered the lobby, we were welcomed warmly by Alex and Linda who were a little surprised by how much we had paid for our...

If you are looking for a cheap hotel with no frills in a central Manchester location then this is it. The best thing is the location and the price in this location. The hotel itself OK for a night or two'a sleep if you don't expect too much. Generally clean although there was a bad sewerage smell every time I...

I stayed here with my son for one night as we had booked to see Billy Ocean in Warrington. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel near Manchester Piccadilly Station and this ticked the box. It was "cheap and cheerful" which was what we wanted. We booked a twin room with two single beds and that is exactly what we got....

We stayed here when we spent a weekend in Manchester. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We got an upgrade on our room , so the room itself was more than we expected. Unless you are used to luxury hotels the cleanliness and room interior is more than OK. The location is superb, right in...

First impressions of this hotel were that it was a grotty and unfriendly hotel. My first experience with any staff member was at check-on where I was delayed whilst the receptionist continued his mobile telephone conversation failing to acknowledge my arrival not make any attempt to hurry along his conversation. I was given the key to my room which was...

I had a two night stay in Manchester and this Hotel has an amazing location and courteous staff. The internet was a little problematic as the rooms had poor connectivity and the access to different websites is also restricted. But overall it was comfortable with courteous staff and clean rooms.

Have stayed at the this hotel on two occasions. The hotel is situated in a perfect city centre location for shopping and nights out. Friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. Clean rooms.
