Merged and greeted at reception very efficient and politely, coupled with a nice bit of humour. Room was an excellent size and had 2 double beds. Decor of room was very good with prints of Manchester old roads etc . Are in restaurant and the food was good, albeit it was a lamb sandwich, but nonetheless it was good. Breakfast...

We spent a night at this hotel so that we could go shopping and to eat out. We have stayed here several times and have always had a lovely time. Without exception, the staff on Reception are friendly and helpful. We always arrive early and this time as most times, we managed to check in at 9.30 am and hang...

The hotel is well located, although its a good 15 minute walk from Piccadily Railway Station. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are very well appointed and the size of the rooms are extensive. The reception area is small and sometimes it can take a while to get served. I would however recommend.

At £150 a night you would expect something phenomenal, and it really was! Reception was gorgeous and the restaurant/bar area was beautiful too. Our room was a good size with two double beds, a TV that knew our name and a stunning modern bathroom. The hotel was central to the main shopping area in the city center, but a fair...

This hotel us in a fabulous location for shops, nightlife & restaurants. The hotel reception is lovely, the staff were smart and spoke well. I requested a high floor however we were only put on the 4th! Our room was very spacious and modern however the bathroom was awful. I like modern luxurious bathrooms in hotels and this was like...

This is a nice hotel in an ideal location for the arena and shops. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity too. The room was massive with an enormous bed. Only one bathrobe in the wardrobe which was a bit strange as the room was for two people and only one packet of biscuits which was a...

Just back from a night in Manchester. Wife and I stayed at the hotel and it couldnt have been better. The front of house staff were very friendley and professional, the room (1315) was huge and the food in the hotel bar was perfect. Best of all though was the location and the parking facilities. After we checked out at...

I booked online for 4 nights. I did not check in online as offered, preferring to do so at reception which was fast. Price was on the higher end of reasonable for a city hotel in a good location.
