Great location, city centre. Room was large and had desk and plug point at the desk which is always a bonus. Iron and iron board also provided. Good sized bathroom. Large bed, which was reasonably comfortable, but could do with a mattress topper. Our stay was let down as the room had very poorly fitted secondary glazing which rattles very... More

Myself and my two daughters stayed in the Renaissance hotel in Manchester to celebrate our birthdays. The hotel is beautiful, we stayed in a deluxe double room, two double beds, very comfortable. The room was large and had great views of the city. The staff here are so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived early, and... More

I've just got back from a 1 night stay at this hotel, for which I can not fault anything about it. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in Everything from the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the helpful and friendly nature of the staff was top notch, and on a personal note, I would like to... This hotel is excellent located in the city center of Manchester. Personnel is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit dated. Rooms are spacious, but windows can not open. When I got into my room there was lots of moisture against the windows. Feels a bit muggy. Bed is excellent. Breakfast is good. Although the room feels a... More

Nice hotel in the centre of Manchester close to the Cathedral. Friendly professional staff. I was very impressed with my bigger than average room. 2 double beds and small lounge area. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but spotless. Meal provided at evening via meeting was average. Breakfast was great, offered vegetarian sausages that only took a few... More

Stayed at this hotel 18/11/16 for one night, The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The bathroom door had a bump stop about 18inches from the bottom to stop the door hitting the toilet, also the toilet seat did not fit correctly The curtains did not close fully.so light streamed in at daybreak. To stay at... More

Perfect hotel literally right next to the Arndale. We stayed here on a Friday night and were welcomed by 2 very friendly members of staff who made sure we had all we needed. They even asked if they could point out restaurants/bars for us, however, we visit Manchester on a regular basis so we didn't need any advice. The hotel... More
