Didn't expect much from previous reviews. Just needed somewhere to sleep for one night for gig as town was full and expensive. Bed and bathroom clean so did the job. Could do with update and lick of paint. Out of town but only ten quid in taxi.

Where to start?... The place is FILTHY absolutely disgusting they should pay you to stay there!! The place stinks of mold. I was "upgraded" to a double room, I dread to think what the standard room is like! There's mold on the walls and ceiling in room 8. A heater and plug sockets that look like they would cause a...

Stayed here for one night as we couldn't find anything in Manchester for under £100. We visit a lot of budget B&Bs, and have stayed in some pretty dodgy places. However, this place tops them all. We arrived early, were told our room wasn't ready, but we could have a different one which was ready. We said yes, thinking nothing...

Good enough since it was cheap. Not far from ethiad either.. Clean bathroom and room, old fashioned but that don't matter, friendly staff and helpful helped me book taxis, gave me directions etc. The place did creep me out a bit tho ngl, haha.

Like many others on here, we stayed over as we were going to a gig. The hotel itself is in the middle of a rundown dump of an area which made us nervous leaving our car parked overnight. The cleaner needs sacking, as does the painter and decorator. They obviously have no idea on how to run a hotel, which...

It did the job, somewhere to sleep after a concert at the Etihad... The staff were friendly enough.. The hotel is a bit of a dump, one of the rooms had a broken bed, the door lock was broken, the heating was on all night, room was just about clean enough.. Even though it was only for a one night...

Got to be honest I'd never heard of the area but was told on the way up to it that area is known as the 'curry mile' and there not wrong, everything you could eat is in the 'strip' The hotel is a ex mayoral building and although it could do with a lick of paint the welcome I received...

Booked in the hope that other reviewers may have been a bit harsh ... THEY WEREN'T ! I don't know how this place is still open ... filthy doesn't begin to describe it ... carpet in the 'TV lounge' was dirty & stained & I wouldn't have sat on the furniture if you'd paid me ! Now, to the room...

Me and my god daughters booked her to go to a gig at the academy. When we got there we were shown to our rooms on going to make a drink we noticed the cups and glasses were dirty and I reported this to the man on reception (who appeared to be the boss) Who told me house keeping would...
