I booked before looking at trip advisor and saw a mixed bag of reviews. The hotel is nice and the reception staff are lovely. Stayed in suite 111 for New Year's Eve and the web site promised several items such as chocolates and wine in the room plus chef's special sweets at the turndown service. There was no sign of...

Having stayed in most of the hotels in Manchester we thought it would make a change to stay somewhere new. what a disappointing night we had. we upgraded to get robes and slippers, they were not in the room on arrival. slippers appeared when we asked for them, robes never turned up. the room was very spacious but the wardrobe...

Stayed over night whilst going to Palace Theatre (5min walk). Very clean comfortable stay . Ate out at nearby Goergios ,but breakfast was excellent. Polite attentive friendly staff.would have no problem staying again. Only minor thing was the noise from outside in the early hours but that's not the hotels fault and it is a city centre location.

Disappointed, not getting what was stated in the booking, apparently due to changes in management but booking arrangements should be honoured ,told it was no longer McDonald's but received an email from McDonald's asking for reviews very confused and disappointed

I booked a night in this hotel mainly due to the pictures provided on its website. Whilst the dining area and bar were lovely, I was disappointed when I got to my room as I found it to be quite small with not the nest decor (huge stain on carpet and very basic furniture). On the positive side, the bed...

Tatty, stained carpets and bathroom grout (floor with weird red stain and shower had plenty of black mound) with a broken window (smashed glass on 5th floor!) and only half toiletries that you need / are offered. Reception offered to fix both to be fair. For the price it's fine compared to others in the area, and the location is...

Comfortable stay in a pleasant room in a great location handy for all city centre attractions. Staff were very professional and attentive. Shame the toilet flush was useless - be prepared to flush flush flush flush flush and still be disappointed 😂😂😂

Very pleasantly surprised reviews were very mixed but we had an excellent stay [one night] room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and was faultless. Location was good we were going to the Bridgewater Hall about 10 mins walk away.

One night stay booked for 3 of us at £25 each. Hotel is located centrally and has multiple places to park close by but can be expensive. We didn't eat dinner or breakfast at the hotel so unable to comment. Room was nice but there were a few things lacking. Hairdryer didn't work along with the I pod dock that...
