I came to a function in the Trafford room and one of your members of staff Donna looked after me. I was really impressed with her amazing customer service and with how she dealt with any problems or queries that came up.

My partner and I visited the hotel yesterday. My partner was on a nostalgic trip to Manchester after many years away. I want to say the doorman Steven Norris was exceptional with us. He was kind, friendly and gave us service far and above what we expected. Thank you. We later ate in Cooper s restaurant and the staff were...

Brought up in the NW and only ever visited Manchester as a child (in tow with parents) Stayed at The Midland with my gorgeous girlfriend as her birthday surprise treat for me; thoroughly impressed! Seems having moved to the Southwest of England I've been missing out on what the Northwest has to offer, loved the shopping experience, the nightlife that...

We were looked after so well and I'd particularly like to mention Paul as he was very attentive and clearly wanted to make sure we really enjoyed everything. Both the...

We stayed here in February for a late valentines night away and it was brilliant. The location can't be faulted, a 5 minute walk from Manchester oxford road station and easily walkable to the popular parts of Manchester. The room was quite old fashioned but I liked it and it was very large. We didn't have breakfast or eat at...

Stayed last night, a last minute booking. Really glad we did. What a great traditional hotel! Concierges at the door in traditional livery, fully staffed, not like some hotels which run on a shoe string. We opted for valet parking which was £30. There isn't a hotel carpark but there is an NCP behind the hotel which they use. It...

We came for a family visit and it was great. The spa was very impressive and the staff were friendly from start to finish, even when checking out. We spoke with a lady called Theresa (I think) this morning and she sent us off with a smile on our faces - thank you! Will definitely be returning!
