We stayed for 2 nights. This was the perfect place to stay. We needed free parking so it had to be out of town but close enough to go in. Situated right next to a park.
Breakfast was included. Our room had a sofa bed....More
Room clean on arrival. Plenty of parking. Comfy beds. Had to ask for extra mugs as none were supplied for kids. Breakfast ok, nothing wow but perfectly acceptable for a budget hotel. Staff very helpful.
Top floor park facing room was fabulous .
Location is great with food joints and garden at walking distance
Staff was very helpful and friendly .
Great place to rejuvenate and relax
Housekeeping could have been better along with bit more variety in breakfast
Fairly friendly front desk staff who just went through the motions, a lift that was slow and not functioning correctly, some dirty public areas, a bathroom door was half of its hinges and a cramped and dirty breakfast area spoiled an otherwise ok stay.

Hi there. From our hotel you can take a taxi which is roughly £8 or the bus into Manchester Piccadilly which is 4.20 return. From here the stadium is about a 15-20 minute walk depending on your pace. On match days and events day crowd control staff are along the route to guide you. The other option from Picadilly is a tram to the stadium but these do get very crowded.
