Sent 5 very comfortable nights at the Cotswold House Hotel in January. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was close to many eateries, parking and shops. Alas I was on a business trip that occupied my time during times when I could have explored this charming town or relaxed in...

Dear Guests Thank you for your comments and review, I do believe however these were meant for the Cotswold House Hotel in Chipping Campden, rather than us here at Charingworth Manor. Kind Regards Michael General Manager

Having swapped an adventure experience with activity superstore for this location and experience at the last minute. I was hoping for a great time. It certainly was and the staff are friendly and a receptionist took us to look at the orangery used for weddings and conferences. The high tea had lovely sandwiches, warm scones and delicious cakes and unlimited...

We had been given a voucher for a Cotswold hotel chain, and Charrington Manir is one of the group. We chose well, lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Although we didn't use it there was a lovely swimming pool. Evening meal and breakfast excellent , staff helpful. Overall a good experience.

We stayed in a deluxe double room and had dinner here as well. The room was lovely and big only thing I would change is the height of the shower, ok for anyone shorter than 5ft 8ins but bit difficult when you are 6ft 4. The leisure centre was also very good. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff...

Booked Saturday afternoon tea as a 60th birthday celebration for 8 and we enjoyed the best afternoon tea we have ever had. Comfy sofas in front of a blazing log fire, unlimited, real tea which just kept on coming without us needing to ask... Delicious freshly made sandwiches and wonderful home made cake selection. The service was exemplary and the...

Just a one night stay unfortunately, and didn't get the chance to eat dinner here, but would love to come back and try it out properly. Lovely location, friendly attentive service, cosy open-fire lounge, and a fantastic breakfast.

Such a lovely place and a fantastic setting. Have to say visited similar properties and this is by far the cleanest I have seen fair play to Housekeeping as I can see the hard work that goes into the place. Whilst Sunday lunch is pricy and I can't understand being charged for a tiny sorbet we were given if you...

Dear Guests I'm glad you enjoyed you enjoyed your lunch, I'm sorry you found it a little pricey, we do believe we are priced fairly for lunch at £24.95 for four course (including the sorbet) and below some similar hotels and restaurants nearby. We do hope we can welcome you back in the near future. Kind Regards Jeff Reception Manager

My partner and I stayed at Charingworth Manor on Friday 2nd December 2016. Upon arrival at the hotel, approx. 7-7.30pm we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and informed that our room had been upgraded. We got settled into our room and then had a quick swim before the spa area closed for the evening. Feeling relaxed but tired from...

Dear Guests I’m saddened to read your review and of course apologise for the noise levels and issues you experienced. The party on that night was not expected to be at all raucous, as it was for 40 guests only and a 60th birthday, not one of our planned Christmas party nights or large weddings. We do try to keep...

recently visited the charingworth manor for a couple of nights, on 28/29 dec, we got a good rate from booking.com, the standard rate is well over the top for this hotel, it has a lovely setting about 2.5 miles from the town, but is in need of some money being spent on it as the showers are a bit patchy...

We have now been three (or is it four?) times to this hotel and it never fails to rise to the occasion.
