We arrived and asked for a quiet room because of previous experiences of lacking sleep. The guy on reception was very helpful putting us on the top floor where it was much quieter. It would be good to have some different depth pillows.

Quiet twin room on ground floor at back, so dark. Fire alarm went off twice - so evacuated into cold night air. Large enough room but felt tired & in need of investment. Good sized shower, but looked old. Then on 3rd day, gas leak at Harvester next door meant no hot water for 24hours - poor. Harvester was closed...

I have stayed in this hotel several times while visiting family in the area I grew up. This is a Travelodge which follows the format of the chain. Clean basic rooms with comfortable beds. The towels and sheets are always scrupulously clean as is the room. The reasons I return to this hotel when I can are twofold. Firstly, the...

Stayed here with my wife and parents over Christmas visiting family. Staff as always very friendly. The TL is a 3 story lovely old building but with no lift. Parents had a ground floor disabled room which was very large and both were pleased with. Shower power was a little low but I've found this with most TL's. No hot food...

We book here every time we come to Kingswinford to see family. We originally booked two nights however changed it to three for an extra £60 not bad!. The staff member at the time I was on the phone to was Asif and he sorted everything out so we could have a twin room without putting anyone else out. He...

My second stay at this hotel and the man in the reception remembered me when I came this time. He also recommended a place to order meals from and placed the order for us. Staff always made us feel welcome everyday when we came back to the hotel.

This is not your usual Travelodge. I am not sure whether that is good or bad? The rooms are generally large, the room shapes are peculiar, and a look up to the ceiling hints at the unsympathetic internal transformation of this wonderful building. In my view it should be a country house hotel using sympathetic floorplans, more akin to the...

Over all not a bad stay for a night out. The rooms were basic and to an average cleanliness, some of the towels had stains and marks on the carpet. The staff were efficient and friendly but the only big down side being i found two bugs on me inside the bed!
