Arrived to a very warm welcome. We had phoned ahead to ask for the disabled room to have twin beds but the message had not been relaid to the staff. But Katie was good to her word and made the beds up whilst we went out for dinner, even though she was really busy. She was very he

Really enjoyed our stay. Great service, friendly staff. Location was on point. Would definitely recommend this premier inn, great for families with children, plenty on restaurants nearby, cinemas and bowling.

I booked at the main desk last November 19/11/17 .. I never received a confirmation email with my booking ref n.o... The member of staff couldn't give me the wetroom n.o we would be allocated as she said it was too far in advance... So I'm anxious now as we are booked in for the 6/04/18 fri eve X my deaf disabled friend is worried sick she won't have her room X near reception as she can't walk far with her rollater !! ( I asked your staff if I could have a local landline as to keep phoning is costly ) kind regards Julie Clarke

Hi How Much Is The Breakfast Thank You Marie
I think it's about £9 for the full works, a little cheaper if you only want the continental. And usually kids eat free with paying adults.

Is it easy to get a bus to Cradley Heath from the Hotel or any idea of the taxi fare please? thank, you very much
Hi We're located around 5 miles away from Cradley Heath and this takes 50 minutes by bus. We have a bus stop outside the hotel that you can use & the Bus Station is only 5 minutes away. I can confirm a taxi should cost around £8 - £10 & the team will be happy to arrange this for you. Kind Regards Samantha

Some reviews say walk able to supermarket, cinema, bowling, eateries but is it easy walking with children? ie having to cross busy roads etc & what distance roughly?
Hi, Sorry for the late reply. Yes there easily walkable wih children of all ages. You are able to get to the supermarket if you turn left out of the hotel and stay on the same side of the road, you cant miss it. the resturants are located to the right and again you an stay on the same side of the road and reach a manner of different resturants cinema and bowling.
