Ensure communication is clear and the hotel know exactly what you expect. Clarify the number of staff that will be working. Ask for earlier check in times for wedding guests as 3pm makes it an expensive nights sleep

Self service check in, key card didn't work, 45 minutes to locate staff to sort this. Once we got into the room was ok. Vey clean, friend Y staff, reception was short on the ground with staff with self service check in that did not work. That was frustrating. Leisure centre does disrupt the meeting rooms as noise level is an issue that needs addressing by the leadership of the hotel
