The recent renovations have made a great improvement. The Windows have been replaced and that was the most noticeable problem the last time I stayed. The club rooms are now very nice & the pool is excellent.

We stayed here over the weekend again but unable to have a upper deck room due to the hotel being busy. However we had a normal double which was adequate. The only downfall was we could hear the occupants laughing and joking. Fortunately they were out most of the stay. The pillows were flat, thin and uncomfortable. However, I did...

The best things about the Village hotel Dudley is the location and the breakfast buffet. I feel the quality is slowly slipping away although they now have sky box, flat screen tv and espresso machines in each room.

This is the most expensive hotel in the area and it is only a three star. The decor is an eyesore, my daughter referred to it as been appropriate for teenagers. had to wait for a staff member to materialise when we wanted to check-in. Finding our room was a nightmare as the signage was very confusing - all the...

This stay was of a complaint (free) and it was just as bad as the first stay. Never again. There's plently more hotels in the area that are cheaper and nicer, stop there instead. Problem after problem with the hotel, and rubbish nights sleep

Not a terrible hotel, but certainly inferior to others in the same chain that I've visited. Starting with the positives: - The restaurant food was very good and service prompt - Health club facilities very good, if a little crowded - room bathroom very modern and well fitted The negatives however: - The £15 premium for health club access, Sky...

Dear MDC1987 Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I understand that the renovations are disturbing, but would like to clarify that the wallpaper, and in-room standards are the same in each Village. I am sorry that you were faced with noisy neighbours, but would hope that the team addressed...
