We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with a small group. The Hotel was very easy to find, being on a main road into Royal Leamington Spa, with parking at the front and rear of the Hotel. It is also just a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The Hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming, and...

On arrival we were a bit concerned as the exterior could do with a bit of tlc, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The interior is very plush although a little quirky and old fashioned. Our room was spacious and well equipped and the bed enormous and very comfortable. There were a couple of tiny issues with cleanliness if...

Stayed in 5 different hotels in leamington within the last year and this was THE worst so far. I was in for 3 nights, and they were very sleepless nights down to the beds being extremely uncomfortable. My colleagues suffered the same problem. The rooms are all going mouldy and are outdated. One good point is the breakfast, which was...

The building is a strange mixture of Vicorian, 1960s and 1980s. It has been quite recently redecorated, but is probably in need of a complete refit in the not too distant future. The wall paint and soft furnishings are new, but the carpets and bathroom fittings are old (20-30 years at a guess) and could do with replacing. However, contrary...

Oh dear! Is what we said when we saw the outside of the building. Sadly the inside wasn't much better. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fine and the size of the room was good but the condition and cleanliness of the room was pretty awful. I'm afraid it will take more than a lick of paint to sort...

We bought a Wowcher for this and had bed & breakfast with dinner 1 night. Very good value. Food excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of room in the bedroom and the bathroom was massive. The only problem was the floorboards in the corridor creaked so it was noisy when people were walking by.

Stayed for two nights as base for theatre trip with a group. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, especially the young woman on reception the first night, who also looked after the bar AND was in the restaurant. The food, having mentioned the restaurant, was to a very good standard. The choices I made for the two...

Hotel definitely needs some TLC. our twin room was quite small and not terribly well decorated, paint was slapped onto window frames and other surfaces. Duvets only just covered the top of the beds so didn't provide much comfort. Plenty of tea and coffee etc was supplied on the hospitality tray however. We found the found the staff friendly and...

I don’t even know where to start! I agree with the rest of the reviews in that the outside of the hotel needs a good lick of paint and some attention however I do not agree with people saying the inside is nice and welcoming. It isn’t. As soon as I walked in I noticed seats that were coming apart....
