Was given a Groupon voucher and made to feel welcome unlike on a previous visit to a pub! On approaching the Falstaff on the front entrance, first impressions weren't good. Broken brickwork and its looks untidy. Inside however a different story. Warm welcome and even though it was busy, managed to get the room changed. Heating, lord it was warm...

Stopped for one night in a twin room, tidy, clean but quite small. Cold water was warm and the shower not exactly the best, only one pillow also but I'm sure we could have asked for more. Overall the room was fine. Staff friendly, especially Matt who checked us in and out. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but both...

We stayed there one night early February 2017. Got up on an ice cold Sunday morning to find there was no hot water. We asked to see a manager when we checked out but there was no manager available. The girl at reception said the duty manager would call us on Tuesday (not Monday!). Nobody rang. We have tried to...

Dear Marie. Thank you for your review. Firstly please accept my profuse apologies about your experience at the hotel, we did have an issue with the water for a couple of days which has now been resolved. I cannot find an email so perhaps you could re-send it or contact the hotel again. Many Thanks Matt Brown GM

Booked this for one night after visiting family, despite some bad reviews. Very glad I did. The welcome was warm and friendly, my single room clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was great. Had the chilli beef and fish and chips for dinner and couldn't fault it. It was obviously freshly prepared and delicious. The restaurant staff...

The location was convenient and there was plenty of car parking. The lobby area of the hotel was comfortable and well presented. The bedrooms were standard, but comfortable enough. Some of the staff were perceptive and keen to help; Emma especially deserves a commendation in this regard. Having mobility problems, we stipulated as few stairs as possible, but this had...

This hotel is ok but I will be looking elsewhere next time I'm in the area. The room was clean and for the money I don't think it was bad value but if was staying for more than one night I would of looked elsewhere.

Room was ok, view from window was so horrible I had to immediately draw the curtains. Shower room very tired and dated and not very clean. Breakfast was terrible - no choice of cooked food - just scrambled egg, tin mushrooms, tomatoes and burnt sausages pre-cooked and kept warm. Even hot water for tea/coffee was in a flask which you had...

We found the hotel through a Groupon deal, which made it excellent value. Plenty of parking on site and the staff were lovely, especially Paula, with whom I made initial contact on the 'phone when booking. She was friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough for us during our stay, for which we were really grateful. The food was pretty...

Hi stay in Leamington for work and must say this is the most friendly and a 'proper' hotel. Nice bar with friendly staff and other people to talk to. The other hotels are very corporate, no bar, automated sign in and quite lonely. I hate being away from home but this place makes it a lot better. Highly recommended.
