This is a small, privately run hotel. Arriving from the car park it doesn't look great but the interior is being refurbished tastefully. We had a nice welcome and were shown to our room which was warm and nicely presented. Breakfast choice was quite minimal. All in all a basic hotel but fine for a one night stop over.

We stayed here for one night as we had a family party in Preston. Check in was good and owner sent a txt to find out our arrival time. We were shown to room 4. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed, tea, coffee supplied and shower gel in bathroom. Would definitely stay again for the price. You...

A really friendly hotel which was exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was fantastic with the kids all enjoying the choice. Travelling with three young children is pretty difficult but the room was ideal - an adjoining master, twin and bathroom.

Was a bit wary of staying here as we went as a group of lads and thought they might not like 9 drunken fools. We forewarned them and the owner was fine about it. Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready but this was our fault as we were early. We sat in the "beer garden"...

Very very very clean, friendly and loved my stay here! I really liked the outdoor seating area. Also breakfast was cooked well. I would have liked if a vegetarian option was always available. Overall lovely stay. I will be back!

Hotel room very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, beds very comfortable, no issues at all and very friendly staff. Only gripe is that the shower was just that - a shower, it did the trick for what we needed. Kids loved the automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning and plenty to go around....
