Horrible experience. Was sworn at and threatened with police action for having friends in the hotel room, (who were not staying) and for having music at a low volume at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Unless you are 90 and go to bed at 6:30pm do not stay here. Never been spoken to that by anyone never mind when I...

We stay at the Ashwood for 1 night. It was easy to find and well located for the shopping area. Our room was on the front so we found it a little noisy as it was on a busy road. The room itself was clean & tidy, very spacious for the two of us. we both slept well as the...

Having booked a single room without ensuite for only £35 I was not expecting much but thought it's only for one night. I was genuinely amazed. The staff were brilliant, really friendly without being overly friendly, helpful showing me how to get to the Media Factory where my son was in a performance. The room was spotlessly clean and a...

What a lovely family run business. Clean rooms polite staff and a good breakfast. Couldn't help you enough of places to visit, answering questions you had wasn't a problem. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Mark and Charlotte

Only 5 minutes walk from Preston railway station, this privately run hotel offers clean and tidy accommodation at a budget price. Only downside....we didn't ask for a "non smoking" room which meant that despite it being decorated nicely the room reeked of stale tobacco smoke. Given our arrival time there was no opportunity to request a change of room. Staff...

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was one of the best I've had. I would really recommend this hotel, might be budget price but definitely does not feel like a budget hotel.

Had to stay overnight in Preston due to rail connection and found this place. Clean, cheap, friendly and near station so all good! Breakfast was decent too. Would use again in future as it was good value.

The hotel is very easy to find. Literally walk out of the railway station and turn left, then it's a 3 minute walk down the slight hill. I had to wait a few minutes to get in, as the door was locked and the owner was with a guest, but once in she was very friendly, and showed me to...

I came up from Southampton to stay here for two nights to attend my Grandma's funeral. I travelled by train and this hotel is a five minute walk from Preston station and 10 mins walk to all the shops and shopping centres on the main high street. Hotel was spotless, staff friendly and helpful, room very comfortable (the bed so...
