We decided to book the family Christmas lunch as we wanted a real treat with no hassle. What a mistake we made. The experience wasn’t as promised and Bartle Hall failed to deliver. Arrival was okay with fake snow which the children enjoyed and we were quickly greeted by an elf

An attractive house surrounded by well tended gardens. The inside has many original characteristics. The afternoon tea room is a must . Private parties are well cared for large or small ,the staff will make sure everything is just right.

Hi Graeme, my apologies for the confusion, we do accept all well behaved dogs, should they be staying in a bedroom there is a charge of £25 per stay. We would recommend either of our cottages or our goosnargh room. Thank you, Martin.

Hi Katie, There are a number of routes to the city centre from Bartle Hall. It is approx 5 miles directly south from the hotel and we find that the quickest route is via taxi - which normally comes to around £10. Our friendly reception team are all local and can advise on the best places to eat and drink in the city. Best wishes, Martin

Hi there Jenny, We have two wheelchair accessible rooms, one of which (the Balmoral Cottage) is a fully disabled-access room. Unfortunately, we do not have a lift within the main house of the hotel, however we do have accessible toilets as well as an accessible bar and restaurant. Kind regards, Chris Ashby General Manager
