Stayed in this Premier Inn overnight on our way down to Southampton . The receptionist was just amazing nothing was any bother , she booked our evening meal checked the Beefeater could take us at our preferred time , and arranged our breakfasts The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at... I booked this premier inn due to it being cheap and from what I could gather a fairly easy route into Blackpool where we were taking our children to see the illuminations for the weekend. It is a good half an hour drive from Blackpool which was further than we expected but the hotel itself is lovely. We were greeted... More

All the staff (Reception and Beefeater) were welcoming and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean and, as always, the beds were SO comfortable! BUT, the promised free wifi was dreadful! Connection took ages and then was intermittent - very frustrating! Our other 'complaint' is that there was not enough staff in the restaurant, especially on Saturday morning. There... More

I found the staff to be extremely friendly in both the hotel and the restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed was very very comfortable if could have taken ithe with me I would have. The food in restaurant was very good and value for money but drinks bit pricey but overall would recommend to anyone. My only gripe... More

The 4 of us shared a family room. Bit snug, but still good. Really comfy beds, very clean bathroom, good shower and wide range of tv channels. Staff on reception were just super. Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing swish, but a great budget hotel.

We stayed at this Premierinn again on the way to a stay in Blackpool. We were more than pleasantly surprised as the room we were given was beautiful! The room had been refurbished quite recently and, if this is the way forward for the Premierinn chain then it is a real show stopper! The beds, duvets and pillows were just... More

Stopped here overnight early October, found it to be clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value for a family of four and the breakfast was good value too. Wifi continues to be a bit of a rip off, as it is most places in UK. Recommended though.

Chose this Premier Inn as a stop off point for a short break with family. Firstly it was difficult to find as the published postcode leads you away from the hotel to an industrial park. We tried on various devices but ended up just driving around until we glimpsed the sign. It is set back from the road and hidden... More

I stayed here for one night as I was in Preston for business reasons. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely and welcoming. The room was pretty much standard for a premier inn but I was pleased to see a usb charger in the headboard (Very handy as I forgot my phone charger plug!). Yes, the hotel is very... More

I stayed here while on business, the room was clean, comfortable and to a good standard. The staff were also very helpful. I would recommend purchasing the meal deal here which includes breakfast and and a 2 course evening meal. I had king prawn starter and a surf and turf for my main. It was absolutely delicious as was the... More
