Staying at the Tudor House Hotel in Tewkesbury was a most enjoyable experience. We stayed there for one night to break our journey to the south coast both when going and again when returning from holiday. Our group of 5 included our 7 year old son and my aged parents. The hotel is very central in Tewkesbury and the river...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was very nice. Eggs benedict was my favourite. Our room 14 was very big with a smaller bedroom with a single bed for our son. A few cobwabs here and there. Bathroom was a very good size with a large shower. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Probably could benefit from a refurb but...

Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights whilst visiting 'lakefest' and avoiding camping at all costs, our room was in the annexe, although the furniture and fixings could use an update the room itself was clean, spacious and had a great view overlooking the canal. It also had a 'comedy' toilet which would squeak and creak whenever used, this...

Lovely large room with 4 poster bed. It was easy to find and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely however the main part of the hotel needed a little tlc. It's a fantastic Tudor building however inside it could do with a bit of modernising. That said it was perfectly nice for a nights stay.

Stayed one night. Room was perfect . The bar is very nice and well stocked . The staff are good and speak fluent English which is getting to be rare in the hotel industry. The breakfast is ok. The coffee at breakfast is quite foul and the breakfast muffins that the eggs benedict are served on are also rather disgusting....

Payment upfront on arrival.Staff not available after 23.00 hrs when bar closes. Room is located on the ground floor by the back door car -park exit. Door handle VERY stiff and takes no little effort to push open. The window aspect looks out onto smokers area which means you can't ventilate the room without smoke fumes, necessary on hot nights...

Hotel was nice but rooms and communal areas in need of redecoration. Rooms were comfortable. Cooked breakfast selection was good but choice of fresh fruit, cereals etc. poor. Tea and coffee selection also poor and hot chocolate was not an option. Overpriced when considering quality and choice.

Our room was fine for our stay of three nights and the High Street location could not have been bettered. It was nicely furnished and had good beds, though the pillows were a bit hard. There was a generous hospitality tray and teas, coffees and biscuits were replaced daily. The bathroom had very good bath sheets and towels and no...
