We were one of the many families that stay here when visiting the Warner Bros studios down the road. Friendly welcome, modern clean room. Very good breakfast with option of cooked eggs/porridge from kitchen. A very well run hotel and would use again if in the area.

First off I want to say this will not put us off staying with premier Inn, most I've stayed in have at least been clean. The room itself was dirty, dusty the toilet was filthy with someone's crap still hanging onto the side of the bowl. We needed a family room, the 3 beds were laid out, the smaller of...

Hi Scott, Thanks for your review of our Premier Inn, Watford North. I am very sorry to read of the poor experience you had with us this time around. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of your room and the comfort of the single bed are concerning and far from our usual standards. In order for us to follow this up...

Currently staying here... was greeted by a lovely lady Jennifer when I arrived who was really helpful and happy to help. Was further looked after by Ben in the dining area. Nothing is too much trouble! Thanks guys... shame about the noisy road at the side but can't fault the service from the staff at all!

We stayed at the Premier Inn for one night after visiting Harry Potter Studio (which was great). The hotel is 10 minute drive from the Studio's. The room was a family room which was clean and tidy and family friendly. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good but due to staff shortages everything kept on running out and...

We stayed here for my Son's birthday. We went to Harry Potter Studios which is literally a 5min drive away. The hotel has a TGI Fridays, McDonalds and a Harvester Pub next door and a short distance up the road there is a Cinema, Bowling Alley, Soft Play and Chiquitos. We went into London on the 2nd day and drove...

It's a nice, clean and welcoming place. I would recommend staying here, the only thing to note from my trip was that i booked their 'twin room' option thinking i would get two single, comfortable beds. Sadly, it was one double and one uncomfortable, cheap, roll out bed. Not a big deal, but if you're after a twin room just...

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Harry Potter Studio and it was literally about 5/10 minutes drive away. The second day we got the train into London from Watford Junction train station which was only about 2 miles drive from the hotel. The hotel was full due to half term, but it was nice seeing lots of...

As a place to stay that is convenient for WB studio tour this is ideal. We had a minor issues; reception unmanned when we arrived, no wifi (end of the world stuff when traveling with a teenager), room had slight "drain" smell (a daily dose of bleach would soon solve), at breakfast coffee machine was broken (no alternative method of...

Very hand for our trip to the Warner Bros studios Harry Potter tour. Far nicer cosmetically than other Premier Inn's that I've been in and located within minutes of food at range of eat-in prices. A real shame then that there was a systems failure that meant we could not come and go with no access to our rooms without...
